Un hôtel très sympa !

L'hôtel ECLA est vraiment top ! De supers petits studios bien entretenus. Plein d'activités dans les espaces communs. A la rencontre entre une auberge et un apparthôtel ! Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner (peu de choix).

A fuir !!! J'avais réservé une chambre du dimanche à vendredi. Je suis arrivée lundi car j'avais un problème de train. Ils ont donné ma chambre à quelqu'un d'autre et ont gardé mon argent car je suis arrivée le lendemain meme si ma chambre était déjà payée. Une catastrophe !

Ils essayent d'avoir de l'argent des autres personnes avec une chambre déjà réservée. Ils nous ont dit deux fois qu'il y'avait une annulation car on est arrivé tard et ils ont donné la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre même si on avait payé.

Studio très propre et fonctionnel Seul inconvénient : l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres mais heureusement j'avais un studio exposé sur la patio donc très calme. La majeure partie des studios sont exposés côté rue ou autoroute
