Great venue with lots of cool things available like chill out zones, table tennis, gym etc. apartment itself lovely but we only had pillows bedding and towels for two people not four and no receptionist to help. Good value for money nevertheless and just 25mins in train from central Paris.

Bad value for money

There was no way to regulate the temperature in the Room, and it was too warm to sleep. The place is OK, but it was way overpriced for what it is. The reception, front desk area was not what one can expect for this price range, it looks like a student place more than a hotel.

This is a typical very large student accommodation. The space in the room was more than sufficient for my week stay. It is however not a hotel and lacks hotel comfort. Location was good for getting to Paris 10-15 minute walk to RER. Shop nearby for groceries. Lacks restaurant or bar facilities, though there are some within 10 minutes walk

Room dirty, bed only accessible via a small ladder, TV in the room defective, only TV bracket left in the bedroom, noisy fridge, air conditioning blows air against the curtains, which are correspondingly dirty. Ideal for the undemanding.

This is my second time at this property and I think it is very nice. Big and clean rooms with kitchenette and a VERY good gym round the deal for me. Azyz at the reception is a star. He really helped us a lot and we are grateful for that. Will go back again when in Paris.

I did not like the breakfast choices. Everyday same items & staff wasn’t attentive most days. No fresh fruit, no eggs, no hot cereal…I would’ve enjoyed more choices. There was only 1 staff member (short hair, piercing) that was friendly and attentive. All others seemed bothered to be at work!

The property definitely is not a hotel. The room was nice, it was like a mini apartment. It had a kitchen, living-room, fridge, microwave, a bed downstairs and the loft upstairs. Also be careful going up and down the stairs in the room, its pretty narrow. The bathroom was a decent size but the water pooled out of our shower. It definitely gives college vibes. There was a lot of students present. Check in was a breeze but it stops at 11 pm so be there on time. There is only one food option and they also close pretty early.

They have many facilities for people who are staying long stays, working or just for one night. The bed is comfortable. There are few things to be taken into account for the future. English should be improved as the place has many tourists and only one receptionist could assist me. She was super helpful and solved all my doubts. The breakfast is really poor. I understand it is included in the rate I chose but then it’s offered for 12€ called buffet and offer two juices, two types of croissants and some bread and York ham. Not the type of breakfast expected but it worked for one night that I stayed. The room I was given was boiling hot at night when I got it, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but they have one fan to help you cool down, hoewever, I decided to open all windows so I could sleep. Overall, the place is okay for a one night stay but would not repeat.

Okay, but location is not ideal for tourists

We arrived at the place, took us a good 15-20mins and going up and down to identify the entrance. When we checked in it was okay, clean however even we specified 4 people we only had 3 pillows and 3 towels, we did ask but apparently not in stock, then asked again later and someone managed to get it for us. Problem, it had no AC, and only one fan, when we asked for another fan they said they didnt have a spare. Fortunately was a bit cooler but yesterday was hot and trouble sleeping. Also cannot leave window open as bugs come in, on first night everyone got bitten by bugs so much we had to buy an insect spray. Keeping blinds shut and insect spray helped but with no ac and one fan between 2 beds was problematic. One of the days the water was cold so had to have cold showers, also in breakfast not much, cornflakes, croissant, bread. Even on one day they didnt have bread. Location is 10-15mins from bus stops and train station. There is a Five Pizza restaurant and is definitely recommended about 10min walk. But metro journeys to paris main attractions/disneyland is around 1.5 - 2 hrs. Overall okay place on budget but i would pick a better location and somewhere with AC especially in summer

La gestion des chambres est catastrophique. Il a été attribué 2 clés de la même chambre à 2 personnes différentes. J’étais dans ma chambre et une personne ouvre la porte avec une autre clé alors que la chambre était déjà réservée. Ça remet en cause la sécurité, les vols, etc. Plusieurs personnes concernées car elle ont affichés un mot sur leur porte, donc ce n’est clairement pas un cas isolé ! Hôtel à fuire...
