The property itself is very nice and Jenny the manager was awesome and so helpful BUT, the rooms and hallway stunk of cigarettes and smoke come in to our room and gave us a shocking sleep. The bed was also too hard and not very comfortable. We wanted to have a BBQ but the hot plate looked rusty and dirty. Not sure if we’ll go back and stay there.

Wonderful accommodation, probably the best in terms of amenities, cleanliness and newness in Goulburn. Overnight gated parking at only $10 a night is a win.

Very comfirtable and clean room. I felt safe and at home at Quest Goulburn. Staff super helpful & friendly. Supernarkets nearby and only a 5 min walk away. Cafes and eatery options also very close and good quality too. Im def staying here again.

The staff were lovely and the property was very clean. Our first issue was we were provided 2 keys. One we used to open the door and place into the key holder to put the lights on. The other we took with us to attend a family outing. When we returned at 2am our second key didn't work and we had to contact after hours to have someone attend and let us into our room. This was approximately a 15 minute wait which we weren't very happy about. The second issue we had was a pungent sewage smell in our room that, on a scale of 1 to 10, was a 9. We covered the drain and closed the bathroom door however could still smell this throughout the night to the point of making us both feel sick. The staff member who let us in at 2am confirmed the smell. We believe there is a drainage issue that needs rectifying immediately.

The secure parking fee should be included in the price of the room. Quest is located next to one pub and another is on an adjacent corner. I wouldn't like to leave my vehicle in the parking lot of the pub or on the street. Other than that, the accommodations were first-rate -- clean, tidy and the room spacious and suitable for my needs. The wifi wasn't great, but that is what you come to expect in these situations.

The property is excellent. The only criticism I have is that the shower is a large 2 person cubicle with a nice rain shower head that can only shower 1 person. Seems rather pointless.

Excellent stay in a 2 bedroom apartment

We booked a studio room but were given the keys to an accessible room. When I rang reception and requested a regular room, they only had a 2 bedroom apartment available so we took it and it was an amazing room. Spacious, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Well worth the extra $$ if 2 families were sharing. Reception staff were very friendly. Check-out was simple and quick.
