We really enjoyed walking into Garda. The property is situated in easy asseses to nearby villages. The property was perfectly equipped for our needs. Not a smart TV so we used a 'HDMI to c' lead into the TV so we could enjoy netflix etc through our phone.

Excellent property with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Town was walkable in 10-15 minutes. Beds comfy, apartments clean and modern. Pool was lovely, though unheated.

I generally don’t spend much time leaving reviews but I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice this property was. Secure and gated parking, friendly front of house staff, wonderful location, very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent as it was walkable to the old town. Highly recommended.

Great for family stay

Great apartment, modern and comfortable with effective air conditioning. Laundry room was helpful to have and nice that pool towels were included. Reception staff were helpful. There is some noise from the road nearby but it didn’t bother us and made navigating easy as one straight rd to town centre. Found taxis expensive and not always easy to get hold of but that isn’t a reflection on the accommodation. Would recommend and stay here again.

Top-Notch Hospitality and Comfort

My family and I have been on holiday in many places over the years. But this experience was the best we have ever had. There was nothing to complain about. The hotel apartments are incredibly luxurious, and all the facilities are amazing. And last but not least, the staff are incredible, welcoming, smiling and exceptionally helpful. It's a really nice place to be. It's definitely not the last time we'll be coming here.

Just home from an amazing stay here. Had the best time. Apartment was so clean and modern and pool area was just lovely. Staff all more than helpful and very friendly. Just nice wee walk down to the beautiful lake garda. Highly recommend!!

We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was large and clean with a large balcony. It was great to be able to do washing and hang it to dry on our balcony. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers. We liked the secure covered parking. The only gripe is the road noise, which spoils the chilled ambience. It is still a great place to stay.

We had a great stay in a modern apartment at Residenza Olivo. We only stayed for 3 nights, but overall, it is a clean, good-sized apartment. The staff has been helpful and the accommodation was neat and clean. We had some trouble with the dishwasher, but it was sorted out by the maintenance team in a quick time. Overall a good place to stay with family. Garda is a good place to live because it is cheaper compared to all other Lake Garda towns and restaurants are cheaper for eating out.

Excellent apartments throughout. The property seems relatively new so everything is in great condition. Apartments are clean and functional with all amenities you need for a vacation. The gym is reasonably equipped but it could do with a water machine. Parking is securely gated and certain parts covered.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a fab view. Pool area great, always plenty of loungers. Friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the road noise. Not a big negative but our apartment was situated next to the road which was quite noisy when trying to sleep.

A relly great place, well located with walking distance to Garda. The pool area was very clean comfortable and quiet. The apartment was clean and well equipped but the beds really hard and not comfortable though. Great facilities and laundry in the building. A minus was smokers allowed everywere which could be inpleasant as anon smoker. Extremely helpful staff.

Restful time in Garda

Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. It was spacious, good crockery and cutlery. Beds rather low but comfortable. Kitchen area good but induction hob and multi purposes oven a bit tricky to use to begin with. Balcony was lovely but only two deck chairs which weren’t that comfortable, a dining table and 4 chairs which weren’t comfortable to sit on for too long. All in all though a great place to stay in Garda.

Apartments are no frills. Clean but very functional. Nothing is provided beyond 2 nights so you will need to do a supermarket shop for everything if you are staying longer. The pool is not heated so even in summer it felt cool. The apartment is next to a very busy road which was constant traffic day & night so very noisy. You can also hear guests in their apartments walking around scraping chairs and dogs barking from nearby apartments. We used the apartment as a base only as it just wasn’t a nice place to be. The staff on the main desk were great though. Lots of local recommendations and tips and you can get bread delivered daily from a local bakery. Overall it was ok and I got it for a reasonable price but I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment located about 15 mins walk from the centre of Garda. We had a ground floor apartment with a nice terrace and easy access to the excellent (if rather cold in September!) pool. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. Kitchen was ok. Was well enough equipped to make simple meals. Hob was good but oven was more a combined microwave type affair than a ‘proper’ oven. Big fridge and freezer. Even had a dishwasher which was a bonus. Huge shower in the bathroom which was lovely. All in all, would highly recommend.

Stayed at Olivo for five nights- it’s well equipped yet simple, with beautiful vegetation on the grounds. Great pool and workout room, plus a secure parking area. The room itself was a bit sparse- no decor and no manuals for the kitchen appliances (oven combo or dishwasher). We had a two bedroom apartment which had a lovely balcony. Towels and bedding are provided and were good quality. Our main concerns, though not dealbreakers, were the minimal amenities in room. We were provided 2 rolls of one-ply toilet paper, one sponge and a dish towel, 5 tiny packets of body wash, two small trash bags and a small bottle of dish soap. There is no service and the staff is not always available. The property is something between a VRBO and an extended stay property. We recommend Olivo.
