I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest

The room was fine, the bed quite comfortable. The flat is conveniently located near the beach and aquarium. I forgot to tell them that the first aid kit was empty. There were some communication challenges concerning cleaning, good thing I had kept all the records!

Great location. Cleaning staff were great. Kitchen facilities were adequate as we were there for 2 weeks. Working from the room so great for remote working with very good WiFi. Washing machine and dryer were very useful although a bit noisy. The reason for dropping a star is because our apartment looked a little bit tired and could do with a fresh bit of paint. Kitchen cupboards also looked like they were quite worn.

The support was via whatsapp and was good. The appartment was really lovely, plenty of towels etc. Downside was building work going on, full on jack hammer, drilling at 9am on monday morning!!! I complained and one day after it was 9.45am. No sleep ins at this hotel. It did spoil our stay. However, a fabulous location and well appointed appt. Unsure whether would stay again.

Had a good 6 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good position with just a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Also, a very good and inexpensive bike hire shop is about a 10 minute walk.
