This is a great place to stay if you are going to be in Houston for a while. It’s like a furnished apartment, with everything you need except your food and clothes. It has full kitchen appliances and a comfortable living area. We only stay one night, but it’s very close to the symphony and other entertainment venues. We will stay again next time we need to spend a night in the city.

Huge apartment with amazing amenities available. Whole family of 5 loved it. Only problem was property changed hands after we booked so Expedia couldn’t confirm our booking status. We had to call the property directly to confirm we still had booking. Expedia’s fault not property.

Super Unique and cozy!

Such an interesting place to stay! Full condo style! My teenagers had a blast! Historical apartment charm, very cozy artist loft feel. We absolutely LOVED it! The brick walls, beamed ceilings, metal/wood elements, lighting was so sweet! Will stay again…close walk to 713 Music Hall & Skyline view for photos. Also close to vintage shops on westheimer!

We loved staying at Reside, the one and ONLY complaint I have is the bed was lumpy and sagged to the center of the bed. Otherwise it was a nice and quiet getaway!

This was a unique stay in my experience. A small lobby and industrial hallways but a wonderful loft space, I could live here for years. The sort of space that costs a fortune to live in many cities. Nice lively area by the Performing arts center.

It’s an ok stay. Just be specific

I stayed a total of 6 nights. Checkin Upon arrival check in was seamless. I received a door code .. My room was easy to find. Parking is available for twenty five per night in the attached parking garage. Otherwise street parking is available by meter during the day, free at night. It’s downtown you can walk everywhere The room The room I booked online and the room I received was slightly different. There were no fancy art work and decor just looked like a plain apartment. The windows were nice. The walls are thin.. could hear my neighbors playing house all day. The ac units are loud (it’s a loft vibe). & it’s hard to heat up the room with the tin and concrete … There’s no automatic house keeping and they only left 1 set of towels in my room the entire 6 days despite my initial request for extra towels . You have to request housekeeping and it’s only for stays beyond 3 days . Staff Available all the time and are very accommodating and nice . I saw 4 different receptionist during my stay and they were all pleasant and helpful. My favorite thing about the stay is the location of the property, the staff and the fact that I can walk everywhere quickly.

The staff were great! Super helpful and always said hello. Unfortunately, we booked a king bed and a couch pull out bed but it want until later on we realized the couch did not have a bed in it. She did offer to change our room but we had already unpacked, etc.The walls did have something brown that appeared to be splashed on it in the main bedroom area, but overall I loved the room itself and the area!

Disgusting Hotel

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and there was a pervasive, horrible smell throughout. I had to change rooms six times, but each one had the same issues—either a foul odor or unclean conditions. The water even ran brown, which was very concerning. When I raised these issues with the manager, Jose, he was dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the problem. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping available after 4 pm. Overall, I am very unhappy with my stay and will not be returning.

Good people not so good hotel

The property was ok staff was very kind so my review is not at all a reflection of them. Every interaction with staff was good. However, the property has very thin walls and you can hear ALL and I do mean ALL the noise your neighbors make…including that nighttime energy noise. Was super annoyed that I woken up multiple times by the neighbors due to the thin walls. They were also o books water spots on the ceilings cracks in the paint and fixtures in the room and the third night I had both internet and tv issues.
