The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice stay. Very easy instructions to access to the room. Perfect location for walking and exploring the city. This was our second time staying and will definitely come back next time we are in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building is nice. It wish someone would have cleaned the ice and snow from walkway. Overall my stay was good. I would stay again.

Cleanliness was a concern. There was pink slimey mold in the shower and the ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of mold growing from water damage. Had to shower in sandals to avoid touching the slime. There is no place to put luggage, no drawers etc which can make it difficult for longer stays. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights.

Great stay! Free parking next to the building, great location - Whiskey Thief Distillery next door, Rabbit Hole just a short walk away. Great restaurants nearby. Unit was very clean and communication was great. We appreciated having a kitchen and full size fridge/freezer available - if you are reheating leftovers/takeout you will be fine. If you plan to scratch cook meals you may want to bring any specific pans/dishes you may need. I brought my own seasonings and cooking oils as well. The day of our stay we were sent a verification link that asked for either the purchase of a damage waiver, or a security deposit roughly equal to the cost of a night's stay which we were not expecting. We chose the deposit and the hold was lifted quickly after our stay, but this was not mentioned on Expedia when we booked.

Room was clean. Didn't know I needed to supply my own tissues. The noise from the street Thursday and Friday nights was horrific. Cars and or motorcycles squealed and roared at bedtime. I called the police complaint line because there are a lot of people living in that neighborhood. Also, the toilet stool is wobbly.
