Me gusta mucho el lugar y la zona, así como el desayuno y los servicios dentro de cada habitación. Solo falta una pequeña rampa para accesar con maletas de rueditas pesadas y para personas de sillas de ruedas. Les falta cumplir con algunos temas de mantenimiento pero en general es un muy buen hospedaje.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. But the location can't be beat. Polanco is amazing, and I was within walking distance of many places of interest and surrounded by nature, which I love. It was a good experience, but don't expect pristine quality.

Espantoso Hotel jamás se queden ahí

La peor experiencia de mi vida, el hotel no contaba con personal de limpieza, ni había toallas porque no tenían limpias, las camas no tenían sábanas y el personal grosero. Incluso llamé a ustedes a hoteles.com y no me dieron solución

Para el precio que pagué por 2 personas y en la zona de Polanco, me pareció razonable. Quiero recalcar que lo mejor del lugar es la atención al cliente del guardia, la chef y las chicas de recepción, sin embargo nunca tuve internet, había pocas toallas, también pocos rollos de papel, es decir, tuvimos toallas pero sólo para bañarnos y papel 1 rollo completo sin un repuesto. Fuera de esto, es un buen lugar para hospedarse por la excelente ubicación y atención si es que no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en el Hotel.

es un excelente lugar, pero con una atención deficiente, el departamento que me toco, no tenia utencilios, para alguien que viaja no va a llevar uno tazas, platos o satenes para cocinar, la ropa de cama esta rota y usada pedi la cambiaran y solo cambiaron las fundas de las almohadas, el cuarto no lo limpiaron, ni antes, ni durante mi estancia, la temperatura era de 7 y 8 grados pedi un cobertor o cobija extra y nome lo dieron, el closet estaba desvensijado, sin ganchos, las toallas no las cambian ni dan una extra, el servicio de desayuno excelente, la persiana no bajaba, solo hasta la mitad por lo que la luz y el frio se colaba por ahi, bien situado pero mal en todo.

Terrible experiencia, la habitación que nos asignaron en muy malas condiciones , bueno regalado es caro, apestaba a humedad los muebles rotos, pésimas condiciones, pedí que me cambiarán y se negaron, todo estaba tan nefasto que solo estuve 20 minutos en lo que conseguí otro lugar a dónde ir a descansar y con ese tiempo me basto para enfermarme de la garganta, todo terrible, todo super mal.

I have to keep asking to clean the room and toilet paper. Keep asking for towels. This is my second time staying here and i didn’t have a problem the first time I stayed here like about to years ago. The place is in a great location. But they need to keep the rooms clean.

La estancia fue comodísima y muy grata, sobre todo la atención de la señora responsable de la cocina y los desayu8nos diarios en la terraza, ella de 10, merece todo nuestro reconocimiento y gratitud. Lo único que creo que debe mejorarse es la limpieza del baño, cuando recién ocupamos la estancia (Hab. 101), nos percatamos que no había sido correctamente aseado y eso deja una no muy buena impresión; también fue muy evidente que el frigobar tenía mucho tiempo de no asearse ni descongelarse, de hecho no lo pudimos usar por esa misma razón. Pero, en general, le damos una calificación general de 8.5 sobre 10.
