Comfortable Stay

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

Great Amenities in Good Location

I was so happy and surprised to find a place with so many amenities, within a 10 minute walk to petite France, for such a low price at the height of summer travel season. It has central AC! And it works so well I actually got cold!! The little kitchen has two burners, sink, small fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. My primary complaint is that there were no outlets or USB/C outlets next to the bed. There could also be a couple updates made, particularly in the bathroom. The grout is nearly non-existent or looks completely black and dirty. As mentioned, location is a short walk to Petite France. The B tram stops directly in front of the hotel. The train station is also less than a 15 minute walk. There’s a small grocery store up one block as well as a bodega across the street from there.

It was a good place

The front desk staff left me hanging around waiting to check in. I had been waiting for quite awhile and then they started checking in other guests. I wasn’t happy about it but eventually they got me my room.

Door could not be unlocked to allow exit from room. Door jam damaged should have been replaced or repaired. Lack of attention to maintenance and building upkeep! One small towel, poor guest experience, does not reflect commitment to guest satisfaction. Could not find power outlet in bedroom area other than tv area and all in use. A new experience unsatisfactory! .

Etwas heruntergekommenes Appartement: Fenster war kaputt, konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden, unten war direkt die Tramhaltestelle (jedes Tram klingelte bei An- und Abfahrt), daneben ein Krankenhaus (Tag und Nacht Sirenengeheul). Sofa war ziemlich kaputt und schräg, dafür war der Raum recht gross/geräumig. Wenig Geschirr vorhanden, keine grossen Tassen und keine Gläser. Filterkaffeemaschine (auf allen Fotos ersichtlich) wurde durch Kapselmaschine (Pads) ersetzt, die an der Rezeption für € 1.- gekauft werden müssen. Hahnenwasser stark chlorhaltig. Zimmerreininigung nur 1×/Woche! Ponts Couverts und günstige Lebensmittelgeschäfte in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Das Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.es war kalt und es konnte über die Anlage keine höhere Gradzahl eingegeben werden. Im Bad hat es über der Toilette von der Decke getropft.Nachdem man man der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt hat…hat sich nichts geändert.Der Abfalleimer ist auf die Toilette gestellt worden mit der Absicht dass es darein tropft.Einfach Einfallsreich

Correct pour court séjour

C'c'est le 3ème appart city que je fais en 15 ans et j'ai trouvé que cela avait perdu de qualité (la Rochelle était super et paris beaugrenelle aussi). Par contre le personnel est super très à l'écoute et attentionné.
