The room was clean, Mr Angus welcomed us on arrival also let us know if we needed anything to let him and the staff know. We were unable to check in do to the absence of staff. After an hour of trying to contact staff, we had to make other arrangements. As a result we were stuck with the bill for this place because it is “non-refundable”. The problem with that is no services were even available to receive. How can this not be refunded!?

Very nice place was perfect for me and my family we had a kitchen access to a washer and dryer just a short walk take us to everything public transportation right in front of the hotel not a 5 star but enough for a nice family vacation if you are looking for something luxury silver sand is available the gentleman the caretaker of the property was very nice and helpful he lives there on the property
