Foi razoável. Havia poucas tomadas para recarregar aparelhos. Colchão bastante usado. A porta do box do chuveiro muito estreita. Sugestão: coloquem portas cujo modelo abra totalmente com dobradiças no meio, como janelas venezianas.

Bem localizado, mas ...

O lugar parece ótimo por ter fotos bonitinhas e ser bem localizado. Mas não é tudo isso. Tirando a facilidade para os passeios centrais, a segurança, a lavanderia e alguns itens no apartamento, há problemas. Falta conforto. O colchão é antigo e ruim. O sofá cama é desconfortável. Tem uma coberta muito velha. O ar-condicionado fica piscando o tempo todo. A geladeira faz muito barulho à noite. Tem formigas no quarto. Para além disso, faltou contato pré-check in e a receptividade é das piores que já tivemos. Não há intenção alguma de ajudar, de oferecer uma melhor hospitalidade e é difícil arrancar um bom dia do staff. Exceção do pessoal da noite, que é simpático. Por tudo isso, não voltaríamos.

O lugar tem uma excelente localização, sempre que precisar de algo o contato é rápido e muito eficaz, muito limpo e bem organizado, com certeza ficarei outras vezes.

Ruim. Não recomendável.

Deixaram bem claro, durante minha permanencia que aquilo não é hotel, portanto não tem as comodidades de hotel e todos os serviços , como limpeza do quarto, troca de toalhas e lençõis e materiais como papel higiênico, sabonete, etc são cobrados a parte. Acustica muito ruim porque o barulho da rua e dos apartamentos vizinhos são perfeitamente ouvidos, assim como o cheiro da comida vindos dos apartamentos vizinhos. A comunicação com a recepção é feita através de whasapp e, algumas vezes, a resposta é demorada. Ausência de locais decentes para se fazer o café da manha nas proximidades porque seu bar só incia as atividades as 8,00 h. Preço muito superior que de hoteis de qualidade melhor com café incluso. Entrada na garagem muito burocrática e demorada feita através de comunicação por whatspp expondo o motorista ao perigo de espera da abertura do portão do lado de fora por minutos, principalmente quando quer se acessar durante a madrugada. . Quando citamos os erros respondem que sentem muito o incômodo.

Experiência Muito Ruim

Aliado a localização não ser das melhores com muitos barulhos na madrugada, o que não é culpa da acomodação,o pior foi o atendimento dos funcionários, não oferecendo suporte para um hóspede que se hospeda pela primeira vez e não conhece as peculiaridades deste tipo de acomodação. Chegamos quase meia noite, infelizmente com muitos usuários na rua, fui informado que a garagem era em outra rua porém não fui informado que era no mesmo prédio. Fiz minha esposa descer correndo com as malas e entrar pela principal enquanto fui procurar a bendita entrada da garagem. Não existe nenhuma informação adicional mostrando o simples: ONDE ENTRAR. Liguei e o atendente, que percebi ser o mesmo da recepção, que já havia atendido minha esposa com desprezo, foi me passando as "coordenadas" com total falta de paciência, chegando a desdenhar no telefone ( ele não percebeu que minha esposa que estava no saguão e viu as caras e bocas que ele fazia ). Isso denota um despreparo evidente do funcionário, além de uma possível falta de treinamento adequado oferecido pela administradora. Não pretendo voltar mais pois existem hospedagens no mesmo patamar, porém com pessoas mais preparadas para atender um hospede e auxilia-lo

Lugar maravilhoso, bem localizado, equipado conforme descrito e sempre me atenderam prontamente... Um único ponto de observação seria com relacao ao portão do estacionamento, dois dois portões e ambos são de entrada e saída. Todas as vezes fomos sair, havia um carro vindo e isso acabava dificultando a saida. Seria interessante umnser de entrada e outro de saída.

Ótimo

Acesso inteligente, não precisa se preocupar em perder chave. A localização é ótima, dá pra ir em muitos lugares turísticos caminhando e há alguns passos do ponto do ônibus de turismo. Tem mercadinho bem na frente. O apto é novo, moderninho, se a cama fosse um pouco maior, seria perfeito. Limpo, agradável e confortável.

No geral gostamos. Moderno, prático, atendeu ao que prometeu. Cama macia, bom chuveiro, e de dia boa localização. De dia, pois a noite sofre as mazelas da região central. Muitos mendigos, e usuários de drogas. Funcionários ok para o padrão Curitiba que em geral são rude e pouco hospitaleiros. A unidade que peguei bem decorada mas um pouco deteriorada. Uma pintura resolve e pequenos reparos resolve. Enfim, alugaria novamente, críticas construtivas.
