It is very nice of a place. I just didnt get a kitchen to cook in. So the pictures lied and i couldnt get in just yet. Other then that great place, location and nice community.

Great stay here the location was perfect for being close to downtown but also the feel of a local neighborhood. Cute and quit area the the space was nice, very clean and tidy and smelled good as soon as I opened the door. It is a little close quarters but has everything you would need for a stay so no complaints.

This home isn’t only beautiful. But super cozy. The stay was excellent. The check in was a very fast process. This is our second time renting from this company different locations and both are amazing. Highly recommend

I loved this place the only thing is since there is no oven in the unit and only one mobile stove top I would recommend two and a covection portable oven not a toaster oven they sell them at costco its a good investment for the clients so they have more options to cook. Otherwise this place was great! I would stay here again 5 star for me

The property location was great. Communication was amazing. We stayed in the downstairs part of the triplex and were content with everything regarding our stay. Only downside to our stay was that our upstairs neighbors were up both mornings over the weekend from 5 AM-7:30 AM walking, thumping, and moving around a lot making it hard to sleep in on our mini getaway vacation. Otherwise great home like space- beats a hotel with just a bed bathroom and desk so our daughter was able to keep her routine just fine and had space to walk around. Would stay here again.

The property management for this property are unprofessional. Do not stay here! Misrepresented and pictures were of a different property! After you book and pay you’re forced into a contract that steals your money with no way to get refunded even 2 minutes after you book. I was told I’d have the entire house but turned out to be a shed in the backyard. I didn’t stay there because it was disgusting with bugs. Ripped off with no refund. I wish I read the reviews for this place. Hope I can save someone from making the same mistake.

I was put in a Tiny House!! Not what I wanted 🙅‍♀

I booked, expecting to be in the bigger house on the property. And it said in my booking that I booked for the “Standard House”. I was not made aware that I and my friend would be staying in the “tiny house” that was also on their property. I was only made aware of that when I checked in. I was highly disappointed because I booked this place so my friend and I could have the space. We were going to be attending a local convention 10 mins away and brought quite a lot of stuff with us. The tiny house was not made for 2 people. It is made for 1 person OR a couple (if you don’t mind the close quarters). There was also a hole in the floor, cracks in the ceiling, it almost doesn’t feel insulated inside because it gets very cold, and the heater sometimes doesn’t work or kick on right away. Overall I had an unhappy stay and ended up leaving early. And I could not get a refund due to hotels.com’s rules and the owners rules.

Will be back to this Tiny House

The room that I stayed it's like a tiny house (an add on unit) Comfortable bed, TV, small fridge and a micro wave. Very clean all around. This room is suitable for two. Being in the back was a plus because it's very quiet and I slept perfect. There are 2 more rooms in the property at the house and from outside looks very nice and clean. Communication is excellent. At all times I received emails on specifics of my stay and making sure I was comfortable. Something to "improve" in my opinion is the pricing. The rate shown when you book does not tells you about "cleaning fee". This should be added up front. It's like an ABB but in the hotels.com site. However this is not a show stopper if you want a nice clean place to stay. Most of the hotels around SJ at that price are deteriorated and outdated. Definitely will book with them again on my next trip in 2023. Thanks Marbella Lane!

Property was very craftily misrepresented. There were 3 homes avaliable. We had the "Basic" house. It was so small, 1 of us had to stand in the corner while the other one went around the end of the bed to use the toilet. Was advertised as having a tub/shower combo, but no tub. Coffee brewer was sporadic. MW was large enough for popcorn, hot dogs, or small drinks. Floor has soft spots in them and the fake wood on it was a trip hazard with loose pieces coming up. Veneer peeling from bed, bathroom vanity. Communication was difficult. No instructions regarding anything to operate nor suggestions for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. I was sent 2 videos when having difficult with the security lock. We were there 6 days and had 1 towel and washcloth per person. Heat was provided by a radiant fan with no safe place or room to use it. 3 overpowering air freshners in the tiny room/remade shed. Nowhere to eat (had to eat in bed). Do not recommend.

Before arriving, a Marbella Lane associate reached out via email and text message informing me of a very VERY foul odor in the house 3 hours before check in. They stated that I could either get a refund or check it out for myself and decide if I want a refund or if I would like to continue with the reservation. Upon arrival the smell was so over bearing the kids, wife and myself didn’t even walk in the front door. They tried to have all the windows open and tried spraying the unit with about 5 Febreze cans that they left out for us to see. It has been 3 days since the booking and Expedia has reached out multiple times (with myself on a 3 way call) with no answer. I have emails and text messages from Marbella Lane also the phone calls confirms a refund. This was a huge inconvenience to my family vacation due to the fact that we had to book another room for the same dates just so we had somewhere to lay our heads. I am fortunate to have the funds but for another family this could have been a life changing experience. I do not recommend this booking for any future guest. This is a warning from my family to yours.

We stayed at the mini-guest "house". It is basically a big shed in the back of the property. I liked the fact that istt has parking and it is very clean. Communication through email was excellent. The place feels safe and convenient. The bedroom has a full size bed, and there is about 3 feet distance from the bed to the left and right sides, and about 2 feed distance from the bed to the front wall. Everything feels crowded, but the furniture and decoration are good. The bathroom is tiny; I am 6'1 and my knees were about 2 inches from the wall while using the toilet. When taking a shower, my elbows would hit the walls. There is a tiny table and one chair, and a small closet area. The amenities are good (towels, shampoo, etc.). There is a small fridge, a small microwave and a single cup coffee machine. This property may be good for one person, but I would not recommend it for 2.
