The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine!

The property is clean and in good condition. Bed and pillows were super hard and the tv had 5 working channels. Lots of noise all night from the constant stream of loud motorcycles and cars driving past the property.

I've always stayed at Citadines Uplands when I'm in Kuching as I prefer a serviced apartment to a hotel. It's ok if you are not looking for luxury. Just make sure you are not given a room on the same floor as the pool .and overlooking it.

The customer service is tip top. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always wear a smile on their face. Only comment I have is the room. They need to change the bed, it is so uncomfortable and the water heater is not working.

Close to Borneo Specialist Medical Centre. Room a bit run down, in need of maintenance. 2nd bedroom will smell if keep door close due to located behind the toilet. Housekeeping a bit sloppy at times.

The one-bedroom apartment is clean and cozy. Every morning at around 7.15am, someone will ring the doorbell repeatedly to deliver a packet of local breakfast. If you do not want to be disturbed, you have to place 'do not disturb' sign on the door before you go to bed. The Spring shopping mall is just across the street. There are eateries and 7-11 beside Citadines apart-hotel.

Floor as well as dining table were sticky. Luckily room slippers were provided and I clean the table using my own disposal wipes. Bedding do not smell yucky but also do not smell fresh.
