Staffing was very nice and helpful. Security and gated. One guard even gave me a ride in his cart so i didnt have to walk as far. Beach access right out back.

The hotel was decent. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The access to the beach was great. The room was ok. There were a few things that could be improved: the safety lock box needs to be updated; the bathroom vent didn’t work; 2 elevators were down; the pool was out of order.
