Loved that the rooms were spacious, clean, and staff was very welcoming. Top Golf being right next door and having an easy access to the MGM Grand Casino is 10/10. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel next time I visit Las Vegas

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom suite. It was very spacious. You can use the MGM pool or the pool at any of the towers. The mountain view was incredible. I recommend this hotel to a family with kids.

Our sink was broken our entire stay - Takes a while to walk to the mgm - no coffee shop in tower 3 - to get Uber you have to walk to tower 2 - if you are looking for a quieter Vegas then this is the place for you

Great clean property with all the essential requirements. We were a family of 5 and the 2 bedrooms with 3 washrooms was perfect and comfortable. Everything was great. Carpets a big stained but everything else was super clean and modern. Loved having the mgm amenities but a bit of a walk to the main hotel and strip. U can bring ur own floaties to the pool, or purchase there. A bit pricy to purchase there but convenient. Besides the walk, the accommodations were great. We plan to book again in the future.

I had booked a 2 bedroom 3 bath. I was traveling with my family of 6. My family had enough room to stretch,and not get on each others nerves. We had a beautiful view of the pools. We thought it was a perfect centralized location to everything we had on our check list. We had access to the monorail which was helpful. After a full day of walking we jumped on the monorail to return to back to MGM.

It was not emphasized that it is two separate condos. They are connected through main passage. It is definitely not suitable for family. Second, it is really noisy due to airport proximity and we had to sleep with earplugs.

I disliked the fact that the pool bar was way expensive. Paid almost 80 bucks for 2 beers a frozen daiquiri and 18 bucks for a non alcoholic daiquiri. Ridiculous

worst parking ever

There is a big parking problem in this signature towers. guests are not allowed to park by themselves. only valet parking is available. valet parking takes 30min atleast to drop off car. for valet pickup we have to wait almost 1 hour. its a big mess in terms of parking . guests should have given parking access to themselves under the building. the accessible parking lot for guests is MGM parking lot which is 10+ min walk . In such a huge residential tower , i am shocked to see that there is no ample parking allocated to guests. this is a very serious problem which Signature tower should be answerable to . Every time we give car to valet - amost 2 or 3 times a day. valet persons expect a cash tip.
