Affordable and clean

the facilities are good. Bathtub and a simple kitchen are very useful to tourists. Elevator is good for heavy luggage tourist.

Many shops nearby, shirt walk to metro.or hakata station. Only drawback is the late checkin time (was fine when we booked as we planned to arrive by ferry, but then took a flight and it was a longer wait till 5)

Wonderful big bedroom

The pavement from Hakata station to apartment is bit rough at some places. Clean and spacious rooms. Good washing machine but not enough laundry detergent. Over good accommodation with 7 eleven nearby.

ところどころ埃が溜まっているところがあり掃除が十分ではないと感じました。 服を洗濯しようとしたところ下の洗濯パンを見たらゴミや汚れが酷かったです。 あと洗面所あたりの下水のにおいが酷かったのと、ベッドに血のようなシミがあり拭き取った感じもないぐらい濃い色をしていてとても気になりました。 でも設備やサービスなどはとても良かったので、清掃面を改善していただけると安心して利用できると思います。

とにかく汚いです。 前のゴミも残った状態。流し、お風呂の掃除も出来てない。壁は穴が空いて、汚れている。 床はザラザラしてる。 ソファは隙間にゴミが落ちてる。 エアコンのせいか、部屋中臭い。 安いには理由があると学びました。

立地は素晴らしいが、清掃が隅々まで行き届いておらず清潔さに欠ける。エアコンをつけたがかなりカビ臭く、アレルギー反応がでてしまいました。おそらくフィルターの掃除を怠っているようです。またタオルも2泊分用意されておらず、『洗濯するのが大前提』いうスタンスが気に入らない。2度と利用しない。

체크인 할때 담당자 대응이 친절해서 쉽게 체크인할수 있었습니다. 아이포함4인 가족이 머물렀는데 조금 비좁긴하나 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만, 청소상태는 좀 안좋아서 좀 더 신경써주셨으면 합니다. 특히 쇼파는 너무 더럽습니다. 저희는4박을 했는데 청소도구라도 있었으면 좋겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 수건은 빨아서 쓰면 되지만 연박하시는분들은 여분의 수건을 꼭 챙기셔야 할것 같아요~

이불은 약간 노리끼리하고 수건은 세탁이 되어있긴한데 얼룩이 있어서 조금 그렇긴한데 침대2개에 소파배드1개로 4가족이 사용하긴 넓고 좋았습니다! 하카타역도 걸어서 10분정도밖에 안걸려서 걸어다닐만합니다!

장점 1. 주변이 조용하다 2. 세탁이 가능하다(세제는 1개만 주니 오래 머무는 분들은 추가 세제를 챙기거나 구매하세요.) 3. 욕조와 세면대가 있다(칫솔, 치약, 양치컵, 드라이기 배치되어 있습니다. 다만, 치약이 일회용으로 작으니 오래 머무는 분들은 추가로 챙기거나 구매하세요.) 4. 수건은 바디타올과 세면수건 각 1장씩 구비되어 있습니다.(개인적으로 버릴 수건을 챙겨 오시면 편하고 좋습니다.) 5. 카운터가 5시에 가까워지면 열리고 오너께서 설명해주십니다. 6. 입구에 의자가 있기 때문에 안에서 쉬고 있을 수 있습니다. 7. 엘리베이터가 있습니다 8. 방이 길어서 넓은편입니다 단점 1. 어메니티가 여유분이 없다 2. 체크인 시간이 늦다 3. 체크인지침같은 경우 24시간 전에 보내주신다고 하였지만 저같은 경우는 체크인까지의 시간이 10시간 정도 남을때까지 오지 않아서 문의를 넣었습니다.(그냥 문의남겨서 빨리 받는게 좋을 것 같습니다.) 추가정보 역까지는 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리 번화가는 아니라서 주변에 음식점이 많지는 않다 텐진과는 택시로 15분 정도의 거리라서 불편할 수 있다
