Location was well situated for main city areas and all very walkable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. We initially had an issue with the TV but this was very quickly rectified after notifying Destiny Scotland by email. The only downside for us was that the apartment was on the 5th floor and there is no lift, but this may have been on oversight on our behalf at the time of booking. Would happily stay and recommend Destiny Scotland again but would need to ensure a more accessible appartment.

Lovely central apartment if you don't mind stairs

Apartment was lovely, and an excellent location. Unfortunately, having to climb 10 flights of stairs to get to it (5th floor, and no lift) would put us off booking it again.

Great central location to access all of the city. Apartment was really clean and well equipped. The luggage storage was an added bonus to make the best out of our last day.

Room was lovely and spacious. Excellent location. Only stayed for one night so I didn't use the kitchen but it definitely had everything you'd need. Shower was great. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Brilliant

Overall couldn't be happier. Had never tried an apartment before and honestly don't know if I want to go back to a hotel. Really happy with the size of the apartment and couldn't believe all of the brilliant furnishings. It had a really cosy feel and had a brilliant view of the city. Apartment was literally 30 seconds away from the Waverly train station entrance. Thanks for the great stay.

Great apartment in a great location. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again if the price is right! Everything you need for a short or long stay in the city of Edinburgh. Recycling bins had not been emptied from the last tenant staying apart from that everything else was great.

Dusty, dirty and 72 steps up

So for a start, we booked through hotels.com and was told that we would receive check in info 24 hours before. Emailed hotels.com, and destiny street apartments… heard nothing. I had to ring up to get the check in details. Arrived to a very worn down, scruffy entrance and was seventy two steps to our apartment.. and that wasn’t even a top floor one. The apartment was very dusty, we found a hair in the bed and the towels had make up stains on them. Room was very cramped and not how the floor photos represented. The only plus we can give this apartment is for location, everything else awful.
