Tout était sur le papier parfait . Très bon accueil. 1ère chambre , odeur de cigarette. Relogé dans une chambre en étage supérieur avec Balcon. Espace bien-être au TOP. Au moment du diner , je me suis aperçu que les assiettes étaient sales. au moment du départ, le lendemain matin, j'ai transféré les photos à la réception et je n'ai eu aucun retour si ce n'est des excuses de la part de la réceptionniste. Dommage , que la direction ne m'est pas fait un retour suite à cet incident

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.

Ich habe Strasbpurg besucht und ein Hotel mit Pool gesucht. Alle waren sehr freundlich, und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Ich habe eine schöne Zeit mit meiner Familie verbracht und Pool war für uns alles in Ordnung.
