I stayed here for 19 nights The hotel is clean, near a large grocery store and right by Naminoue Seine and Naminoue Beach. I would happily stay here again. The only thing to change would be the addition of more clothes storage

Perfect for a longer stay. The room has everything. Location is great from Naminoue beach and convenience stores are nearby. Otherwise it is a 15 min walk from the monorail or to Kokusai-Dori. Self check in was a little difficult, but luckily when I was having issues there was staff helping.

Everything was great about the place, plenty of natural light, it’s clean, close to the beach, grocery and public transportation. It’s perfect for anyone. I have to note that for those who might feel uncomfortable that the area is actually close to red light district. One recommendation I’d like to say about the room is the green and blue light of the AC is pretty bright at night, it lit up the whole room so maybe cover it with a tape or something.

Hidden Gem

Check-in and check-out are a little confusing but the room is phenomenal! The whole package they offer is worth it’s price There is no free parking but plenty of coin parking area scattered around. There are some nearby 付属 that you have steer clear by (unless you’re into that, then enjoy). I would rebook this hotel next time I visit Okinawa

Can't leave your luggage

When you walk into reception its quite an experience. If you can get through the main door (good luck with the QR code). First you're welcomed by nudity on the wall (so good luck if you have small children) but unfortunately not by staff because there isn’t any. You have to check in through video chat and no one can speak English so it takes forever just to get your keys for the room. Very unwelcoming atmosphere because there is no one and you cant even leave your luggage before check in because there's no staff there, its sad. Whats worse is this really screwed us over, we travelled 18 hours on a plane with 4 suitcases only to be told we cant keep them at reception for a few hours. My wife is pregnant so she can't carry anything so then we have to pay for a taxi to the city just to pay for a luggage storage facility for 3 hours all in 30°C heat and 90% humidity. It's totally nasty to mess people around like that, not tourist friendly at all clearly. Makes you wonder how a hotel business can even operate like that? Totally bizarre. P.s the washing machine smells awful in the room, not good by Japanese cleanliness standards when we've stayed at other places cheaper and way cleaner. Very disappointed but then what would you expect from a place called 'New Normal'. Pros: TV was decent and kitchen utensils available. Wouldnt stay again. Very very disappointed.
