We had a lovely stay at Eriva. The apartments are basic but comfortable enough, the shower leaks all over the floor as it is more of a wet room so an addition of a mop would be a simple yet useful solution. The swimming pool is lovely and plenty of sun loungers. There is a supermarket really close for stocking up on provisions. Would highly recommend the local beach restaurants for sunset dining, lovely food and setting. Would definitely recommend Eriva, it's location is perfect, a lovely looking building with character as well.

Fantastic location with easy access to the main areas we wanted to visit. The swimming pool was great and well looked after. However, I found the facilities and cleaning arrangements at the apartment very poor. Bearing in mind that the Greek toilets block easily and that we were requested to bin all the toilet paper, a daily cleaning would have been expected. This was not always the case. My feeling is that the cleaning team was under a lot of pressure and understaffed. The kitchen draws were smelly and remained smelly during our whole stay (13 days). I understand is a self catering apartment but they cannot expect you to buy a broom and a dustpan for your stay, or toilet cleaning chemicals. The wardrobe in the kids room was damaged and not very appealing to be used. The WIFI did not reach our apartment.
