Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again.

Our stay at this accommodation was simply excellent. The modern and aesthetically pleasing design creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The two-story unit offers spacious living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen—everything you could need. One of the highlights was the free parking in the underground garage, which added to our convenience. A small note: towels are only changed after four days, which wasn't an issue for us but might be relevant for others. Additional services such as extra towel changes or cleaning are available at an extra cost. The location in Las Palmas is very good for exploring the city itself; however, it’s quite far from Maspalomas and other beautiful spots on the island. Also, keep in mind that Las Palmas tends to be cooler and cloudier compared to Maspalomas, so plan accordingly if you're looking for warmer weather. A minor disappointment was the check-in experience: a significantly lower price (~300 € less) was displayed locally upon arrival. It might be worth booking directly through the provider to secure the best rate. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation—modern, comfortable, and well-located within Las Palmas. It provided us with a memorable stay!
