It’s good for the money you pay however a little bit out of the way location wise and the rooms could have been cleaner and it took about 45 mins to get checked in

Apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Bathroom a little dated Especially liked the little cleaning essentials package saving us having to buy washing up liquid , clothes etc Reception staff lovely. Quite a lot of rules but there where quite a few groups of youngsters so can understand why Pool area can get a bit noisy with lads playing football and music quite loud

A Good Stay

Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy.

Good value for money. Staff were great checking in and out. Always polite despite some guests being rude Generally had a good sleep but bear in mind that there are groups staying and had one night of being woken up. I didnt bother alerting security as i put my head phones in. Good location to beach, close to main pubs with old town in walking distance Clean accommodation and easy to get deposit back, just follow the instructions ie strip the beds and dont leave a mess! Stayed as group with adult kids they loved it!

Nice big balcony, overall absolutely nothing special but did the job for a cheap hotel for a holiday with friends. Main issue is with the amount of ways they try and get you to pay more money. Toilet roll is paid per roll extra if you run out. You must pay to rent extra towels. Pay significant money if the lift breaks while you’re in it, Significant money for the receptionist to open the door if your key is shut inside the room. Sorry, not allowed to mention the exact price they charge if these things happen as Expedia won’t let you mention how much. No cleaning the whole time. Have to take bins out, clean all dishes and strip bedsheets when you leave too, not what you want when you’re supposed to be on holiday. These things aren’t made clear when booking.

The. Property itself is a little out of the way but it has a pool and is well serviced. It is excellent value for money to be fair.

Short stay for birthday celebrations

Booked 3 night trip with friends for birthday celebrations. I had asked for 3 rooms beside eachother snd a lower floor which we were given. Rooms very clean,spacious however could have provided a kettle and toaster given all other utensils pots etc were provided. Check in smooth and deposit refunded as stated all in all decent accommodation for what you pay.

Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away.

Only place I know where you have to clean your own apartment at checkout otherwise you will not get your deposit back. Saying that it’s been two weeks and still waiting to get my deposit back into my bank account (guessing I’m not getting it) Id advise anyone here to pay there deposit with cash so you can definitely get it back

Refusing to hand back our deposit. Even tho we personally cleaned the room and no damage what so ever. But we didn’t carry the rubbish bags down to the bins. That we didn’t know we had to do. We then asked for the key back before check in ended and we’d run the bags down.
