Clean room. Never saw any staff. It was all done via codes and messages. Biggestcissue is,we do not speak korean so getting to a website to register our car was very challenging. We had to get a local friend to do this forcus.

Everything was excellent!!!!! Only one thing I would recommend. I’d like them to have option to communicate via email for the foreigners from the beginning. They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier.

非常完美的體驗，雖然一開始不太容易找到住宿的地方，但員工非常熱心的協助，晚冷還是願意出來帶領我們入房。 一進房充滿美好的驚喜：）廚房洗衣浴缸海景應有盡有（我訂的是海景房，有點可惜浴缸熱水不熱）特別是海景簡直無敵。 地理位置離outlet 走路6分鐘（大型超市在裡面），樓下就是便利店，附近餐廳也很多，重點開很晚開很早，懶得煮就出門吃不煩惱。 這次的體驗徹底驚艷我老婆五官，直喊說下次出遊還是要住公寓式酒店，有種新婚的感覺：） 謝謝你們的服務，讓我們在釜山的旅行更加美好

전망이 너무 좋고, 시설이 깔끔하고 너무 좋습니다. 가격대비 이만한 숙소를 본적이 없을 정도네요. 꼭대기층이라 그런지 수압이 좀 낮은거 빼고는 불편한점이 전혀 없고, 부대시설이 너무 휼륭해서 장기투숙으로도 좋을만한 숙소입니다.

저번에 이용했던 경험이 좋아서 또 방문하였습니다 침구, 소파 모두 깨끗하고 화장실도 사용하기 좋습니다 사람마다 다르지만 난방이 잘 되어서 약간 더워서 조절하기도 했습니다 세탁 및 건조기를 사용할 수 있어 여행 마지막 날에 정리하기도 좋구요 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다
