The location was good. But the elevator was broken and we had to go up 11 flights of stairs to reach our room. The elevation is 10,000 feet there so it was an issue.

Power shortage

This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the place because of power shortage and I had to leave 2 days before the end of my trip and when I asked if we could get some money back they said absolutely not. Yes I paid ahead and that was a mistake. So if you make plans to go here make sure you ok to be strand if a snow store hit. No lifts were working because power shortage and the restaurant had not enough food so half of the menu wasn't available. It was def a learning experience. The staff from the office were really nice but couldnt help much as they didn't know how, but they try really hard. The lady from maintenance was very rude and dismissive. Very stressful travel.

Flat ski-in-out honesto

Os flats são bem equipados, com lava-louças, fogão por indução, forno e microondas. Ademais, são muito bem vedados e aquecidos. O apartamento estava limpo, com toalhas e roupa de cama. Atente-se para levar itens de higiene pessoal, como shampoo e sabonete, pois o apartamento não possui. No que tange as instalações gerais, estão em boas condições no geral. O principal ponto negativo é que não possui Wi-Fi no apartamento, nem mesmo nas áreas comuns do prédio.

PORTO FORTE: LOKERS PARA EQUIP. E PROX. DA PISTA.

Honestamente o valor da hospedagem é (na temporada de inverno) superfaturado, mas regula com as hospedagens da região. O apto é pequeno, para duas pessoas foi ok, mas em 4 ou 5 como há camas, seria muito muito muito pequeno. Porto forte é a estrutura do prédio e o fato de estar na base da montanha, facilita muito para quem pratica o esporte. A recepção é ao lado, e não há muita sinalização indicando o local do check in, porem as atendentes são muito simpaticas. O ponto forte é a facilitade dos lookers para guardar os equipamentos. A vista também é linda, o apto apesar de ter tudo, tem com ponto fraco, ser muito pequeno. Para 2 ou 3 ok, mas preços salgadinhos. De geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas eu não ignoraria e uma proxima oportunidade, opções nos arredores com melhor custo/beneficio.

Apartamento limpo, ótimo tamanho, chuveiros excelentes. Atendimento foi excelente. Obviamente, fica na montanha, então os valores são altos. Mas o hotel fica na montanha com acesso direto. Para quem quer esquiar, perfeito!

Excelente localização e vista espetacular

Talvez o único detalhe realmente indispensável que falte ao apartamento seja o WI-FI, pois a rede de dados não funciona muito bem na região. Localização excelente, itens de cozinha na medida, vista incrível, tudo muito novo e excelente para a estadia. A comodidade do locker para os itens de ski a poucos metros do lift é sensacional!

O apartamento é excelente para famílias e cabem até 6 pessoas. A vista é incrível. O apartamento bem limpo e equipado, com todos os itens essenciais. Achei que El Colorado (não o apart hotel em si) pode melhorar com mais serviços aos turistas, informações e organização turística. Excelente local para Ski. Não há muitos restaurantes e a comida é bem cara para brasileiros, importante levar comida de Santiago. O Apartamento oferece excelente estrutura de cozinha. As atendentes da Estadia de Montaña foram muito atenciosas e educadas.

Apartamento super confortável. Maria muito atenciosa, nos recebeu muito bem. Só a internet que não funciona bem. Fica a 8 min de carro de Farellones. Eles oferecem o transporte.

impresionante la vista a la pista de esqui, cerca de todo, el apart re nuevo y lindo y practico, bien puesto. La piscina estaba a 29 grados, fria para lo helado que estaba afuera, y puerta del baño no cerraba bien y al dormitorio no le llegaba muy bien la calefaccion
