property lost signed documents then requested a second signature i denied the second signature, brochure was in envelope with my last name with no key code written in box marked key code. called the phone number provided on brochure, no answer, eventually received a response by text, requested the key code, respondent sent text with code… property dark, avion mislabeled on brochure as naterita… refrigerator small for property advertising bring your foods. disorganized under sink, disorganized cabinets, 6 minutes for hot water tank to become empty when showering. bed too small, no storage for personal items as most RV’s have.

This place is SUCH a gem. I stayed with my little dog in one of the Airstreams and it was super cute, toasty warm and the bed was INSANELY comfortable! Waking up to watch the sun rise over the Colorado River was just such a treat. So gorgeous and peaceful. The amenities and facilities are beautifully designed and run. They've thought of everything!

Airstream getaway with great views

From check in to check out communication was wonderful. Stay was comfy, beautiful views, fun community room enjoyed a game of pool and the 2yo enjoyed mickey mouse. Will definitely be back in warmer months to try the ice creme.

No lights next to the airstreams windows broken and wouldn’t close all the way in the bedroom and the door was so bent there was a half inch gap between the door and door frame letting in all the cold air. No working porch light on any of the ones by the river

We were very excited about staying in an Airstream! They are beautifully designed & equipped on the inside. Unfortunately, we only had enough water for a cup of tea and no code for public showers. It was cold! With only a small space heater that did not provide enough heat to keep us warm throughout a 20degree night when holes in windows & gaps around front door… not the experience we wanted. Leaving cold, dirty & thirsty.

Relaxing and fun

Amazing place and location, cute area by the Colorado River. We were visiting friends so we didn’t get to be in the camper and relax as much as I would have liked but we slept very comfortably. Shower was even nice and hot!! The Hot and Ice coffee truck on Saturday was amazing highly recommend it. Plenty of things to and see, walking trail was cool and scenic.
