Mostly English speaking staff. Friendly and helpful. A less the. 10 min straight shot away from Ikebukuro Station. Area always feels alive without being too crowded like some of the more touristed areas like Shibuya. Less than 20 min walk away from Sunshine City which among other things has a Pokémon Center.

The staff was so courteous. The hotel was quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time we stayed in this nice apartment hotel. Taken 1 star away because this time they required us to pay extra for late checkout, which was free the first time we requested it 2 years ago.
