Family of 5 with everything close by. The tube, groceries, restaurants. Would stay here again. Excellent location. And the place itself is older but well kept and tidy. No issues at all. Love the vibe of the older building and history.

My wife and two teens had an amazing 3 night stay at the Mansfield. We were upgraded from 2 BR to BR suite, including huge TV and dining rooms! The arrival is a very convenient 3 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station, which is direct from Heathrow. The location was also just a 10 minute walk to our hop on hop off bus tour and day trip tour to Oxford. When we return to London I will definitely look to stay here again, even without the upgrade.

Amazing place

Ideally placed near to the tube station, our room was upgraded for myself and 3 friends, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, plenty of space, a room each and 3 bathrooms, kitchen was well equipp e and spacious, staff were pleasant and helpful thoroughly recommend

5 min walk to Earls Court tube which is great for getting around. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything you’d need, including robes, slippers, hair dryer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Tip: stairs and lift available.

Located in a very posh area! Lots of restaurants and right next to the Earl’s Court tube. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Area has a very chill vibe.

What a lovely place!

An enjoyable stay in a nice area. The apartment met all our requirements and we were very pleased regarding the condition of the place. A small hiccup would be the workmen who started drilling above our rented apartment at 7.30 a.m. on Saturday morning, which unfortunately went on for roughly two hours.

Great location for our stay in London. It is an easy walk to earls court station giving you access to wherever you need to be, but allows you to return to a quieter more cozy feeling neighborhood. There were 6 of us getting together for the London marathon, the rooms were perfect amount of space to accommodate everyone while also giving us places to be together as well. Kitchen area was exactly what we needed, as we shopped at the wonderful grocery store across the sheet and prepared a meal inside one evening.

Clean apartment in beautiful neighborhood

We had a lovely stay here for three nights. The communication and service was impeccable. The neighborhood was also very appealing, beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants annd easy access to public transportation. We had the apartment on the 5th floor with a Murphy bed, and while the apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was quite small for 2 tall people and not very comfortable (old springs). The hotel did not offer any cots either, which could have been helpful. Besides that, we had a very good stay and the staff was wonderful.

Great location both for the subway and for local walking, restaurants, etc. We walked to Kensington Palace, to Harrods and to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Wonderful high end neighborhood. Earls court subway was a large stop with multiple trains. Lovely apartment, daily maid services, dishwasher and wash machine. Our family of 5 adults fit great in the 2 bedroom apartment. Met other families in the halls.

Great stay

Stayed 10 days and looooooved it. We were 5 people, and the apartment was a godsend for kids to relax in. Felt like home. Would definitely stay again! We cooked in the kitchen, used the washer dryer, enjoyed the book selection in the drawers (lovely detail!) and asked for a clean two times when we felt it needed a bit of a brush up other than the usual housekeeping which was very very good. Tons of towels, very helpful reception staff who kept packages for us even before our arrival, and the loveliest Christmas decorations. Two mins walk to the tube and a bus stop right outside the door. Perfect, loved it.
