Fantastisk lägenhet 3 min från stranden. Nytt o modernt med alla bekvämligheter. Egen parkeringsplats, vi fick i garaget och hade sval bil varje morgon. Gångavstånd till restauranger och barer. Återvänder gärna.

Week-end de 3 nuits prévu (mercredi - jeudi et vendredi) Qui dans l’ensemble s’est bien déroulé Malheureusement une coupure d'eau le vendredi après midi est venue tout gâcher Coupure prévue pour tout le week-end Pas de prise de douche Pas de nettoyage de la vaisselle Pas d’eau pour les toilettes etc… Le séjour est vite terni Nous attendons un geste commercial

Super logement bien équipé et bien entretenu.Super secteur. Il est dommage de devoir rendre l’appartement à 9h😳 alors que nous avions demandé si il était possible de le rendre plus tard. Même si il y avait d’autres arrivées, il y avait de nombreux logements vacants et le logement est resté vide, sans ménage au moins jusqu’à 11h.

It was quiet, but easy access to the sea and restaurants/bars. There is a ferry service into Fort de France and the golf is close by. The couple running the site were easy to contact and acted quickly on any questions we had.

Édifice neuf, très propre, bien situé. Appartement moderne, super bien équipé. Une piscine à faire rêver. Maxime et sa femme sont des hôtes hors pair. Un endroit idéal pour un court ou long séjour en Martinique. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation..

Excellent apartment for a family vacation

Lovely, brand new apartments just off Anse Mitan. We had a two bedroom and the beds were very comfortable (super firm), the kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. Nice pool. Good communications to arrive and depart. The shower is a standard French design (no door or curtain) but is angled badly and the bathroom floors gets soaked every time. But otherwise the place is pretty perfect. You definitely need a car - there is a beach close by but there are much nicer ones a short-ish drive away (Diamant, Grande Anse d’Arlet). You can walk to a few very good restaurants within a couple of minutes. There are a ton more in Pointe du Bout which is a 5 minute drive or a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Domaine de l'Anse Mitan is a wonderful residence, ideally located within walking distance to the beach, easy access to Fort de France by shuttle boat, and plenty of restaurants. For those who like to do their own cooking, the area could probably use with more substantial convenience shopping, but a 15 minute boat trip to Fort de France with its vibrant food market is a great solution. The flat I stayed in was delightful, with quality equipment throughout. However the real strength of the residence is the super welcoming site manager, and his attention to detail, ensuring you feel at home from day one.

Paradis à L Anse Mitan

Le domaine de l Anse Mitan est un petit paradis où il fait bon vivre. Le lieu est magnifique accueillant et sécurisé. Nous avons profité de la piscine à débordement et qui est très agréable après le travail et la plage. L appartement est très bien équipé, tout est neuf et de qualité. Le gros plus c’est Maxime qui répond à toutes les demandes. On te remercie Lydia et Sakina.
