The location was perfect - clos to metro so we could go to the Expo with ease. Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Ready to assist anytime we stopped by. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, which also had 5 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen area were very spacious, the bedrooms were small compared to traditional US hotel bedrooms. The views were great. The staff was for the most part friendly. The apartment has a 24 hour grocery store nearby and an ATM in the building. The negatives were that the dishwasher did not work, the thermostat didn't work (we had to call maintenance twice - who responded very well). Bathroom has a water heater switch outside which was not explained during check in so we did not realize one had to turn the switch on to get hot water. One of the maintenance staff left our room open while we were out, which was not cool. The hotel is near a metro, but we never used it, so Ubers were the norm and its really not close to anything except the Emirates Mall. One of the reception staff (lady) was not very helpful, rest of staff was good. Overall docked one star for the negatives, but otherwise good property.

A great stay was had at the Adagio, which shares a coffee shop, pool and bar plus restaurant with the adjoined Novotel plus 4 lifts, it is also close to a Metro station, would book again.

Outstanding location near metro station. 30 min walk to beach. 20 min walk to Mall of the Emirates. Located on E11 toll road. Apartments about twice the size of other similar apartment hotels. Furnishings rather spartan, but entirely adequate. Full kitchen, but had to get own soap and dish towels. Daily service good, but showed up at varying times of day which added some unpredictability for working remotely from the apartment.
