Octavio, Naty and Sandy are amazing people and make the stay worthwhile. The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico

The property is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, and the administrative staff was incredibly helpful during my stay, arranging for a meeting space, providing helpful information and being available during non-business hours. Had a good stay here, communication with property managers was also great. When we needed something they’re response was quick. Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco.
