Excelenet location in downtown within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, shops. Rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only slight inconvenience is they only provide 1 key and fob per room which makes access difficult if 2 guests sharing a room leave or return at different times.

We took a train into the city and this was a short walk from Union Station. Room had a great view and was clean and quiet. Overall excellent experience. If I had to find fault in something it would be that the elevator was a bit slow and overcrowded.

Good location and the room was all it advertised to be and the view was amazing. Leave extra time for the lifts they took ages to get to the lobby & back to the room. There was no water in the pool!! It shouldn't be advertised as such, the photos are deceiving.
