Apartment is in a wonderful location. Room was big enough, and the living room and the kitchen were also good. Great value for the price. The view from the swimming pool is mesmerizing. The receptionist who helped us during the stay was also very kind and friendly. Will book again next time.

Absolutely stunning! Way better than Amari Hotel. To those who doesn't want a small size room, choose ViiA which is big and cozy. Although they don't include breakfast, but it doesn't matter as it is next to Mid Valley Mall and The Gardens where we can easily finds tons of great restaurants. Overall well done

One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave

I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. My first impression exceeded all expectations. As I entered the hotel room, I couldn't help but notice that it looked even better than it did in the photos - a rare and delightful surprise! The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and it exuded a cozy ambiance that immediately put me at ease. Every detail seemed to have been thoughtfully considered, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. The inclusion of cutlery, wine glasses, and the cozy blanket added a touch of luxury and convenience that elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights was the inclusion of Netflix, allowing for a relaxing evening of entertainment after a day of exploration.

Not for me.

The hotel is ok There was no reception desk as such - so check in and check out were at the security desk. They don't have any concierge service so you can't store your bags anywhere. They wanted a security deposit but would only take cash - i didn't have any. The room also doesn't get cleaned whilst you're staying - if you want the room to be cleaned it is a chargeable extra. The room itself was clean when I went in, but the air con wasn't working properly so it was very hot, the whole place had a strange odour too. I did appreciate there being a washing machine in the room and a kitchenette. On balance, I wouldn't stay here again as it was all a bit too basic and had no hotel services. Not sure how it received 4 stars.

Problème de communication avec la plate-forme qui n’a pas pris en compte notre réservation. Hotels.com n’a pas du tout communiqué à l’hôtel l’information du nombre de personnes que nous étions et n’avions pas assez de couchages. Nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour avoir les draps complémentaires pour le canapé. Nous n’avons eu des serviettes complémentaires que le lendemain. Il n’y avait également pas assez de couverts. Pourtant nous avons payé un montant élevé pour le nb de personnes. La plate-forme spécifie aussi qu’il y a possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place moyennant un supplément… mais la encore mauvaise info : l’hôtel ne propose pas de petit-dejeuner. Enfin hotels.com nous a communiqué un mauvais horaire de check out. Bref à éviter à tout prix !
