Our air conditioning shut off, and literally 5 min after I reported it we were back up and running. It was 9pm at night- yet they were so incredibly responsive and courteous. Such an amazing stay all around.

The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella which we used when going to the beach. You will need a car when staying at Gold Coast but everything is nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba.

When a car was parked in my assigned parking spot I called the people in charge and received no satisfactory response. I’m from NY but decided not to do what I would have done here. The car was moved by the next day and everything else was fine.

Nice accomodations when there is no issues

While the accomodations itself was nice and comfy. The rest was rather unsatisfactory. We arrived to our room , to find that there was no bedsheet for the sofa bed leaving our family or 3 to all have so sleep in the same bed on the first night. There was a leak in the bathroom leaving the whole bathroom floor as a puddle during our whole stay , despite our multiple request no one ever came to have look. Given this mishap we were offered to get a refund , but nothing ever came.

The property was great! There was a washer and dryer on site which was so helpful since we went to the beach every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with a dishwasher which we used and worked perfectly. We also used the grill in the back and the area to grill and sit in the back was wonderful. Communications were also spectacular. Both Whatsapp and emails we got responses very promptly. We asked for fresh towels and laundry pods and they were brought to us at a reasonable time. When we came back from the beach we realized the AC unit was dripping and it made a huge pool of water at the tv console area and on the floor. We contacted them and left to the beach. When we came back the AC was fixed with no dripping and the tv console and the surrounding area was all cleaned up. Highly recommend, 10/10
