The reception was so kind, we loved the lake terrace view and the pool. They no longer charge for pool chairs, as I had read previously in reviews - thankfully!! I was surprised to find that I would have to pay extra to have clean towels or service. I opted not to.

This is a 3 star property at most. Beautiful surroundings and nice beds. However, we started off on the wrong foot with the manager being fairly dismissive about us being unhappy with the room. There are to premium rooms that are amazing, those are the ones photographed and places on the website as the Deluxe option. We were given a room half the size with an AC unit beaming out hot air on a tiny balcony. Eventually, after us calmly explaining why the room wasn’t what we expected and didn’t feel safe with a crawling baby, the manager eventually gave in and moved us to the room pictured on the website. Later we found out that people who paid for superior were placed in the other deluxe with massive eterrace. Good for them, but strange why the manager was adamant we were in the right room from the start. Other staff lovely, gym room too hot but well equipped, not enough sunbeds but the lake is across the road.

Excellent hotel

Great room. TV solution I would revise and renove that hotelbox thing. Let the guests use their own devices. This solution is for android users only. Dont like that the chairs sround the pool cost 10 Euro to rent from the restuarant. Should be free for guests to use. Minor things but the stuff I would improve. No deal breakers. Oh the TV in our living room didnt work.

Wonderful place.

We had a fantastic holiday at June Stay. Parking was included below the complex. Everything was new and the kitchen was such a plus. The people managing this were very customer service minded. All in all good experience. However ! They should resolve the fact that the pool lounge chairs should not cost 10 euros pr day - so they are almost not used. The pool is included. So we didn’t use the pool much, but went into the Lake Garda. Also, for families who contemplating one of the penthouses, beware that there is ONE “penthouse” that does not have a view of the lake - actually no view all, only a wall. I would ensure writing to them once booked, to make sure you will not get this one. The other penthouses are just beautiful with the greatest view - at least the one we were in.

This place could be amazing....

The hotel is new and everything is nice and clean in the apartments. Beds are comfortable. There is very little light throughout the apartment, including by the mirrors in the bathroom. We had booked the Deluxe Penthouse - however the unit we got had NO view and a tall wall as the boundary of the balcony. The staff agreed it was false advertising , but the owners (a German business group) does not want to change the photos (or the price). The strangest part of the stay was, that you have to pay 10 Euro for a normal chair by the pool per day per person .Our family have travelled many places in the world, and this is odd. The whole facility had grass that was 10-30 cm tall, which was also a little odd given the otherwise very neat appearance of the hotel. Staff were all very nice and helpful! All in all, 3 stars is all I can give - but with some minor adjustments (pool chairs included, more light in units, and be upfront about the view from the units, this hotel could easily earn 5 star reviews.

Todella siisti hotelli ja upealla paikalla. Mukava henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen lisämaksusta. Yllättävää oli se, ettei huoneiden siivous eikä lakanoiden tai pyyhkeiden vaihto kuulunut hintaan. Mainoskuvissa näkyvät aurinkopedit rannalla eivät olleet käytössä. Uima-allasalue oli upea, sauna oli mukava lisä kun altaan vesi oli aika viileää loppusyksystä.

Het appartement is prachtig, mooie ingericht, goede airco en ruim. Het zwembad is niet zo groot en er zijn maar een aantal bedden, er waren handdoekleggers die van de ca 18 bedden er 7 in beslag namen en soms uren weg waren. De hemelbedjes aan het meer zien er iets anders uit met hoog onkruid en zijn tegen forse betaling. In de omgeving is niet zoveel te beleven, daarvoor moet je de auto pakken om naar een leuk dorpje te gaan of een markt te bezoeke bijvoorbeeld.

Gutes 3 Sterne Hotel mit leichten Mängeln

Das June Stay Hotel liegt direkt am Gardasee mit vor dem Hôtel verlaufender Straße. Das wussten wir vorher und so war die damit verbundene Lautstärke für uns kein Problem. Dafür hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den See mit großer Terrasse (Apartment D44). Die Apartmentgrösse war für uns absolut ausreichend, es wurde alles neu eingerichtet und es war alles sauber. Einzig die Technik spielte nicht so mit. Der Geschirrspüler und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hatten einen Defekt. Bei der Klimaanlage mussten wir immer eigenständig das Kondensat ablassen, damit sie funktioniert. Der Rezeption hatten wir die Mängel mitgeteilt, jedoch hat sich niemand im Nachgang um die Behebung gekümmert. Auch die beiden Fernseher liefen nicht. Die Hotelgarage bietet gute Stellplätze für die Autos, auch wenn Ein- und Zufahrt etwas eng sind. Der Pool ist für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas klein, aber wir haben ohnehin nur im See gebadet, insofern störte uns das nicht. Insgesamt ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, wenn denn auch die Technik vollständig funktionieren würde,
