Great staff

This was my second stay at Villa Bali Asri. On this occasion I stayed in Villa 2 a one bedroom villa with small plunge pool. Staff provide great service. My only criticism of this villa is absence of a fridge freezer that can keep bags of ice. The fridge at the property was too small and needs replacing.

Super private & quiet, relaxed and stunning villa

This villa was the best ever. The space is amazing. Super quiet and private. We both had to work and we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor living while working. And even during the weekend days, we did not want to leave the villa and just relaxed at our private pool, had someone in to do a massage. The staff was super lovely, and they cooked us a superb breakfast every morning. Just go!

We arrived late due to flight delay and they sent me a reassuring confirmation, when I enquired. On arrival, we realized that we were upgraded to a better unit, thanks for that as it really made up for all the delays we went through! I was worried about sanitation with my pregnant wife but they took the best care of everything, during our stay. Thank you very much for our lovely stay!! PS: Avoid the soto ayam & try the Babi Gulin or chicken depending on the number of people, needs advance order of 2 days and is totally worth it. Cabs are cheap and they'll call one for you when you need so don't worry about the distances. Anyways during the day you wouldn't want to leave this awesome place.

Relaxing villa

Would recommend staying here if you want close to the bustle of Seminyak but far away enough to be in the quiet. Butler Andy and the rest of the staff were wonderful!

Quiet and peaceful

Enjoyed our stay at the deluxe pool Villa. The villa looks exactly like what is shown in the pictures. It was clean, private and very peaceful. Though there were other guests staying in the premise, we didn't meet or hear their presence. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is a short 5 min walk to the beach and near to some good restaurants.

Great Stay

Reception was warm and friendly. Room is nice. Great if you like to just dip in the pool or lounge on the sunbed and will time away. Near the sea and you can stroll there and hang out at the beach bars. The roads are really narrow though and traffic can be quite scary sometimes if you walk. Overall a great experience. Especially the service staff.

It was an excellent stay and we will be back!

It was a fantastic stay in the villa and we enjoy it a lot! The staff are very helpful and considerate. Our first time to visit Bali and it was a very good experience (even in the raining season)! We are staying in the smallest villa and according to the staff, they have 12 of them and the biggest one can host 8 persons (I think). Too bad they were all fully occupied (even during off-peak season so imagine about peak season!) so we weren't able to visit any of them. Our swimming pool is a little bit small but deep enough. I love the open-space shower spot! The whole place is quite private and quiet. But yet within walking distance to quite a number of good restaurants. It is about 15 mins driving distance to the Semiyak Square but after trying both areas I would prefer to just eat around the villa. The villa is also quite close to the beach (don't know which one...) but we didn't go there due to the heavy rain. And most importantly, the staffs are so sweet! They introduce themselves with names and try to be helpful. When we were paying the taxi outside the office, one of them even came out to open an umbrella for us! The only improvement part if we have to name one is we hope to stay in a bigger one for the honeymoon trip... But we will surely be back!

Beautiful villa and pool. The staff was amazing, especially our villa attendants Kris and Harry. The only negative thing in my opinion is location. There is no sidewalk when you step out of the property and you have to walk onnthe road to reach the commercial area with shops and restaurants

Everything is good. The whole house is clean and the room condition is good. All the staff were kind and breakfast service was also perfect. However, since the bathroom is outdoors, sensitive people should be careful. Thanks to you, it was a great vacation.

When you arrive there is an immediate feel of luxury. The staff could not be more lovely. The cooked breakfast they provide is delicious. Whole place is bigger than it looks in photos. The small negatives: - The bath takes a long time to fill up - The wardrobes feel a little bit worn. Positives: - Excellent location - The sweetest staff, especially Kris and Harry - Really well kept gardens and villa maintenance - Very Comfy beds and good bedroom air-con - Great food and lots of bottled water provided.

昂貴的住宿卻不如預期

渡蜜月訂了這間，網站規定需要訂房2天，入住時意外得到驚喜，幫我們升等更大間別墅，增加了室外空間，另一間房門是上鎖的。 入住後先去海灘酒吧，到了晚上回別墅開冷氣試了3至4次，冷氣會自動關閉，搞到凌晨12點多，聯絡前檯來了兩位夜班人員，試了15-20分鐘發現冷氣也不冷先幫我們開啟另外一間鎖上的房間讓我們睡覺，並且告訴我們已告知經理。 第二天出門後回別墅也晚了，問了夜班人員冷氣修好了嗎？給的答覆是不知道。進房間後冷氣已修好也會冷了。 第一天入住時先填寫隔天早上的早餐內容，第二天的早上早餐卻沒有來，打電話到前臺，煮早餐的服務人員來了，告知我們我們第二天沒有選擇早餐所以幫我們準備第一天的早餐選項。為什麼不入住時就讓我選兩天的早餐或者第一天用餐時就可以讓我選第二天的早餐選項呢？ 浴室毛巾有清洗但感覺泛黃沒有換新品。 整理住宿價錢不便宜，沒有得到應有的服務及價值。 全程沒看過經理，也沒得到經理的回應，服務有待加強。

泊まるのは2〜3回目ですが、広くて綺麗で対応も親切でとても気に入っているヴィラです。少し道が混みますがそれはバリはどこも似たようなものなので許容範囲です。今回は行きませんでしたが歩いて行ける距離にビーチクラブも複数あり便利です、次は行きたいと思っています。

Our stay at Villa Bali Asri was amazing from start to finish. Our room and all of the general areas were beautifully maintained and the location was really convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially wonderful Kris and the rest of the team who came in to make our delicious breakfasts each morning and did everything possible to make our stay extra special. We loved Bali and Asri Villas and would go back in a heartbeat!
