This property is in an awsome location. We parked the car and did not get back in it until the end of our stay. The riverwalk, shops and dining were all wonderful. The area is noisy at night, but knowing that up-front was helpful.

Excellent downtown Wilmington apartment

Excellent stay. The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of downtown. Communication was excellent both prior to stay and after check in. Overall condition is very good, a couple areas of peeling paint and the washer is not currently functioning, but these were totally no big deal to my party. Architecturally interesting inside with a very large exposed brick wall. Large space with a very big common room, and two large bedrooms separated by a long way to allow for privacy. Highly recommended, and I myself intend to stay here again in the future.
Stayed 1 night in May 2023
