The resort have couple of restaurants, a supermarket and a beach. You can take a bus or rent a car, but this is a walking distance from downtown. Overall value is excellent.

The service was friendly, breakfast was very good and since hotel is located out of Santa Maria, they provide free shuttle to the center. Hotel itself is outdated and rooms are NOT equipped with hair drier or iron machine. We tried to get the hairdrier on 3 occasions and it was not available so you will have to let your hair dry at the beach or pool, which will be quite disappointing for any holiday resort.

Nice and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Pool Area was calm and easy to get sunbeds. Sunbeds at Ponta Preta Beach also included. Quiet in the evenings, no entertaiment. We went to Santa Maria forcrestaurant every day.

Hotel for active traveller

If you dont want to be a part of a huge all-inclusive resortlife, this is your choice. Cozy, well-working apartment with nice pool area. Room was spacious, clean and functional. Perfect with kids. Quiet area and 20 minutes walk to Santa Maria or 5 euro taxi drive (5min)

Unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. There are better options around. Deserted, more security than guests. No wifi in room although listed as available in info. Pool with pool bar was 10min away but told I couldn’t use pool. Closest pool, bar was closed. No lights to enter building or on corridor into room. Holes in the ground appeared day to day. TV didn’t work. Neighbouring room was in disrepair.

The apartment was huge and really well furnished and a full kitchen. Pool was lovely and easy. walk to the beach and Santa Maria. I wanted a really quiet holiday and that’s what I got :) The resort is lovely and it’s such a shame that there’s not more people there-but to my favour

Lovely staff, hotel needs refurbishment, wifi only in reception & at pool. Breakfast really basic. Very odd development/area - not sure if its because i came in the off season, but it feels a bit post-apocalyptic!

The pool bar staff were so unprofessional. Ignored people and laughed at me when I asked if they had the Cape Verdean Malta drink. They were so rude. I have never seen such bad costuner service in Sal before. The front desk staff we very nice and polite however. The place needs upgrades as the bathroom is old but was clean, the bed was unconfortble though and very loud at any movement. The place is generally is good. The bad part is that I booked this layover to work but was unable because they had no wifi for 24 hours and offered no solutions.

La struttura si trova lontano dal centro di Santa Maria, si deve prendere il taxi o noleggiare un mezzo di trasporto (attenzione in loco noleggio di bici a eur 25 x 2 giorni: troppo caro, in città trovate a minor prezzo). La camera con cucina, frigo e bagno era spaziosa, il letto comodo. Attenzione al tipo di prezzo: il mio standard NON comprendeva il wifi in camera, solo alla reception. Il ressort è molto vasto quindi a dipendenza di dove è la camera bisogna camminare un po' per raggiungere la sala colazione o la reception, io ero a ca. 500mt

Rien à dire sur les équipements de l’hôtel, tout était bien concernant la réception, la piscine, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant. Un service de navette très pratique, notamment pour rejoindre Santa Maria (ne pas avoir peur d’attendre 20min de plus que l’horaire indiqué). Concernant la chambre : studio spacieux avec balcon vue sur la piscine. Les bémols : une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, une chaudière qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus (changée le jour avant notre départ, donc douche froide 4/5 jours) et des lits pas agréables (ressorts apparents et qui grincent au moindre mouvement). On en garde une bonne expérience malgré les points « négatifs ».
