Perfect stay for a week touristing in Prague. Tram and large grocery store 3 - 4 block easy walk. The 24 hour desk is a nice feature.

Everything was very organized. The rooms are cozy and compact with very good mattress and beds. The heating was very good in the rooms. Everything was clean and properly organized in the rooms.

Stay was good. Very clean, well looked after place. Location is about 15 mins away from city on the tram (Tram runs until late and every 5 mins or so). Location is a very industrial area. Lidl 2 mins away!

The accommodation was very spacious and could have had a lounge or a couple of chairs to sit in. Noise from other apartments could be heard, there was heating but no airconditioning so we had to keep the window open all night. It was very close to trams to various areas of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would recommend staying here, but pick the time, not summer.

Great stay!

The hotel is in an old post office. I remember the office from before when i used to live close by. It looks virtually the same from the outside, and a little boring. But the changes inside are amazing. Great and clean rooms with a little kitchen. Friendly staff, close to both trams and busses. And great prices. I can highly recommend the place.

Avoid at all costs.

I stayed in one of the rooms closer to the door and what a nightmare that was. I could hear every person coming and going and they were loud. I have never seen a hotel with rooms right by the entrance and I now understand why they wouldn’t do that. They didn’t enforce their “no smoking” sign and we could smell cigarette smoke at night time coming into our room. The shower had mold in the curtain and the toilet had a poop stain on the seat when we checked in. The location is sketchy and the entry looked ghetto with a punched hole in the glass siding of the bridge to get inside. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Huge room, kitchen area with oven and hob, kettle and sink, but no tea towel or draining area. furniture was a small table and chairs, a bedside table and twin beds. We would have liked to have a desk or console table too. There was a wardrobe but just had shelves. Shower was great, good water pressure, temperature and a big showerhead. Really good transport connections to Prague, but the location and telephone number on Expedia were wrong so we ended up in the wrong location when putting into google maps. The nearest tram stop is Klamovka. It is a short walk west ( away from Prague centre. The area has nothing special although there is a small convenience store which seems to be always open, also Lidl is near the tram stop. Trams make the location ideal. Travel around Prague is easy using the PID app on your phone, and you can pay directly with Apple Pay. Travel costs 30 koruna which is about £1 (Dec 2024).

Good price but not ready for basic things. No Pillow and Blanket. I can get this after 3 hours fighting. At first, she told me, I have to slip without that. After long long complain, she bring this.

My Prague Stay

Two things stopped me from giving it full marks and those were: no a\c and no comfy chairs. When I arrived at the hotel and met with one of the receptionists, Vavara, she was very very helpful. Nothing was too much for her, in fact, I relied on the reception staff quite a lot at first on where to get trams, metros etc. The first night I had to go to the local Potraviny to pick up some milk etc. I got lost and went back to reception where she showed me how to get out of the back of the hotel (which was a legitimate entrance/exit), and where the shop was. To me, this was awesome as I have mobility issues so to get into the hotel via the back way made my life so much more better. One day I was in a lot of pain and stayed at the hotel for most of the day, there were 2 dining chairs and a small table for eating. This was great for breakfast, but couldn't sit on the chairs for more than 30/45 minutes as they were not very comfortable. I ended up having to lie/sit on the bed, which wasn't too comfortable after a while. Hence me saying no comfy chairs. The Hotel is a short walk to/from the tram stop. For people minus walking problems, it would only take 3 mins to get there. I could get straight into Prague via the tram. The metro was 2 stops down the line on the tram. All in all a fantastic break and a great place to stay for the price.
