Ok for a quick stay

The place was an easy overnight stay. I cannot complain about location or accommodation condition. It was overall clean and comfortable. The only thing I cannot agree with was the smell in the room, pungent. The linens were clean, the kitchen and bathroom were clean but walking into the room each time we did, it hit strongly. We stayed there on our last night of Dubai because it was much closer to the airport than where we were prior out in Dubai Internet City. The congested traffic makes it impossible to be far from the airport and not be stressed. This place was a comfortable taxi ride there. It was fine for our quick need.

I stayed in Havana Holiday Homes Oud Metha from 31 Dec 2025 to 03 Jan 2026 (room 414) the hotel is Good, the staff at this hotel, they are welcoming, sincere, formative, and attentive and helpful to make my stay comfortable. The Room was good but missing some items (NO tea, sugar or coffee they don’t provide and also missing clothes hangers but if you ask they provide and also no slippers and toothbrush). They provide any thing you ask if they have. The comments are that the house cleaner need to pay more attention to clean the room and arrange it and for the car parking (there are 3 floors of car parking) to open the bar you need to use the horns to call the security guard to open it even in the midnight they should solve this problem. I really appreciate all the hotel teams starting from the manager Mr. Rajeev, front reception Fritzie, Jessa, Elcyn and Desmonel also the security guards Hossaine, Nishant and Charles for good service, help and advice. They keep smiling and welcoming every time. Well done, team, keep up the good work.

If you can get this hotel for a good rate, go for it. The suite I paid for was very tired and the kitchen ill-equipped. Not worth the money. The staff, however, were lovely.

Stayed at the property 4-5 times before, this time was the worst experience due to Reception personnel not being professional. I had to check 4 rooms, as first room was a handicap, second was 2 beds, 3rd room has also 2 singles beds. Etc overall bad experience due to receptionist errors. Washing machine broke and the iron board and iron the provided with was not working. Board was thorn in pieces and iron was leaking water. Otherwise friendly security, maintainance, and house keeping staff.

Room had a slight mold smell to it, but covered by a strong deodorizer. Room always felt moist even with the AC off and window open. My husband caught a very nasty cold. Housekeeping came when they wanted to literally at 7pm. When I wanted them they never came. Came when I didn’t need them. Kitchen supply very limited. Don’t supply things to clean dishes I paid for things to clean. And I was accused of using hand towels for cleaning the kitchen , when the washing machine is in the kitchen. It says sauna in the website but not one on property. My advice take your supplies with you if you plan to stay there. Wash clothes , soap, dish soap, dish cloth. Even dishes if needed. It’s a bit of a distance to metro if walking but easy to get taxi from roadside. Cars outside honking at all times of night and extremely early mornings. The tub/shower you need a step stool to get in there. The shower only has a half piece glass that swings open covering when taking a shower the floor gets wet. If your not a tv person good cause there is no type of cable in the room. You have to use YouTube or your subscriptions like Amazon or Netflix. I won’t stay here again when I come back to Dubai in 6 months time. They do have a small gym /pool.
