Unfortunately, one cannot feel safe here, not even to take the trash to the dumpsters. Noise is a constant nuisance and I have to resort to listening to white noise 24/7 or I will be subjected to the unwanted noises around. I recorded such unwanted noises on multiple occasions, so I have proof. The property's advertised free wi-fi is completely unreliable and it's signal is very, very weak. I have stayed in different units and I always find hair that does not correspond to my hair color or texture left in the trash cans under the plastic bags - those are never cleaned - and I find those foreign hairs in the bathtub too. It is disgusting. The hallways always have some strong, unpleasant odor albeit they differ from occasion to occasion. The elevator floors are almost always wet with some dripped weird substance or they look dirty - just take a look at the floor. The property is surrounded by trees. The scenery around is pleasant and should be conducive to a peaceful stay. However, the environment is neither pleasant nor peaceful and that is a shame.

The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back together; it was crooked. The metal bottom of the kitchen sink fell off when I was placing toiletries over the sink in the bathroom. The lighting fixtures were not functioning properly. Initially, the entire unit had a strong smell of disinfectant. Within one hour, it reeked of cigarette smoke.I am DEATHLY allergic and had warned management about it on multiple occasions. Contacting their headquarters did not make anything better. In the unit, things were not left clean. I found two frying pans in unacceptable condition in the kitchen. The mugs, plates and cutlery had to be washed before using. The floor of the elevator was always dirty with some dripped liquid. There were unwanted noises in the unit coming from all directions. I had to listen to white noise 24/7. The characters that showed up while I was moving out provided for a bad spectacle of epic proportions. It all felt extremely unsafe. Lastly, the property is not near the Carrefour, the best grocery store in the area.

Il y a 2 ans la piscine etait inaccessible pendrant tout le sĂ©jours et les logements devraient ĂȘtres rĂ©novĂ©s ..mais il y avait 2 bornes Ă©lectrique dans le garage. J'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© avant de venir et on m'a dit qu'il Ă©tais impossible de reserver les bornes a l'avance. ArrivĂ© dur place je demande pour les bornes et on m'annonce qu'elles n'existes plus .. il.y a un service de nettoyage des voitures a la place ..Les appartements sont toujours dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat tres vetustes et une moquette en Ă©tat pitoyable ! Mais la piscine Ă©tais disponible ! Ascenseur avec des problĂšmes aussi ..

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© pour une chambre avec « vue sur le lac », mais il n’y avait plus aucune chambre disponible avec vue sur le lac. J’ai tout de mĂȘme payĂ© un lĂ©ger supplĂ©ment pour cela 
. La structure est vieillissante, on a dĂ» nous changer de chambre car nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude (ça peut arriver). Point positif: la tranquillitĂ© des lieux et le bon accueil dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e.
