The cabin was dirty, dirty towels and blankets. The location was too far from the main entrance, without car the distance to the main street or downtown was very distance. When I rented the cabin, they never told me what the cabin locatin ...the first night when we arrive , there was no hot water, we called the office but nobody answered. The furniture was too old .

Good with some kinks

The house was very clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean, we got enough towels. The rooms were very roomy, a bit hot since there is no a/c or ceiling fans. The shower has a good pressure however its very difficult to regulate the right temperature, everyone complained that the upstairs bathroom was very hot water and couldnt regulate. So everyone opted to shower in the downstairs bathroom with was easier to manage the water temperature. The kitchen was well equipped, however out of the 4 mugs only 2 functioned, since the other 2 were cracked and leaked from the bottom. And there was only 1 knife and the utensils were very limited, kind of odd since the cabin is meant for 12 people, so they should have enough stuff to cook and serve at least 12 people.

This is a car town. Event though my cabin was .8 miles from downtown. The hills are steep and unless you are used to walking such steep hills, it does get exhausting. Our cabin boy even got tired walking with us. No Uber, they have taxis, so you better ask the office your exact address of your cabin. The downtown area is very nice. The cabin had everything you would need to cook. Even a grill outside. The only issue was consistent hot water. Due to the mild climate, no AC in the cabins. When it gets cold, you can build a fire.

The toilet was not working properly, I called the office to inform them and they never answered me. The hot water in one of the bathrooms was not working and due to the cold conditions of the place this is very important.

En general bien, atención en la recepción en ok, fueron 2 días y solo me dieron una carga de leña (usualmente en la zona te dan una por día), el baño le faltaba limpieza, el resto de la cabaña todo en orden. Muy bien con el estacionamiento y privacidad.

La caballa que nos asignaron es amplia, de dos pisos, baños recién remodelados, la ubicación no nos gustó porque es justo la primer cabaña entrando al fraccionamiento y tiene vista a la carretera, el refri muy viejo y maltratado. Pedimos un cambio de cabaña y elegimos una de un solo piso, acogedora pero le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza, los cojines de los sillones muy maltratados, los baños viejos y muy sucios, lo mínimo idispensable en trastes y artículos para cocinar, las tasas muy percudidas. El fraccionamiento es muy lindo.

Primero me dieron una sin tele funcionando y después de reclamar me dieron una con wifi porque les dije que por eso la rente ! Cucarachas y telarañas pero con internet y TV. Por cable camas duras y viejas. Esta bien pero le falta mantenimiento a huele a gas ! Me dieron la 4 y primero la 2;.
