The rooms are very modern. I like the furniture. Desk and tv are excellent and the area for food prep is perfect. The bed is VERY comfortable. The court yard is nice.

Main complaint was that this was listed as having A/C and it did not. It was extremely unbearable to sleep as it was muggy at night. We asked for another box fan to assist. The only reason we stayed was we loved the walkable location. I would only return if they add real A/C's to units. The price was good and we knew we would pay more since we would encounter weekend rates, so we decided to wait it out but it did not cool down.

Bed covers were either dirty or stained. Shower temperature was not steady and required constant adjustment otherwise one could get burned. Staff did not enforce the 10pm quiet time requirement. Parking is not enclosed and is very limited.

While there were some positive aspects to my stay, there were a few significant drawbacks that impacted my overall impression. On the positive side, the property was quiet and, generally clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the ventilator in the ceiling was not properly cleaned, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. Another issue I encountered was that the hotel charged for toilet paper. In my opinion, this is a basic necessity that should be included without limitation. Additionally, there was no hot water available for two of the four days I stayed. This was quite inconvenient and affected my comfort during the stay. Lastly, I felt misled by the fact that maid services were only included once every seven nights. This information was not clearly advertised in the room descriptions on the reservation platforms. I believe this should be clearly stated to manage guests' expectations. Overall, while there were some positives, these issues prevented me from having a completely satisfactory stay. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience.

Me gusto mucho pero no me gustó que no hubo claridad en la reservación, tuve que pagar extra por llevar a mi mascota y no lo especificaron en la reserva, y también me pidieron pagar 500 pesos de deposito en efectivo que me regresarían al final de la reservación pero no llevaba efectivo y sin eso no me dejaban hacer check inn

En general todo bien. Lo único negativo fue que rentamos dos habitaciones y en una la televisión nunca la pude prender. En la otra fue muy complicado poder verla. El estacionamiento es en la calle. Alcance el último lugar y todo bien pero no tiene estacionamiento cerrado. Lo positivo: La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, el wifi funciona muy bien y la regadera con bastante presión y agua muy caliente. El check in también fue eficiente y rápido. Te cobran un depósito de 500 pesos por habitación, que te deberían avisar desde antes para traer efectivo. Te lo devuelven cuando dejas la habitación. A pesar del problema de la TV y el estacionamiento abierto si lo recomiendo y si voy a regresar.

La propiedad está bien, limpia y cómoda. Las habitaciones son un poco calurosas. No me gustó que no se indica que se debe dejar un depósito en efectivo. Al llegar e instalarse la persona a cargo no fue tan amable para indicar el camino exacto a la habitación (es un poco enredado), pero sí lo recomiendo porque el precio es muy bueno y las instalaciones también.
