This was a fantastic apartment for our trip to Edinburgh. We were able to walk to everything we had planned, from our tour to the Highlands to the Royal Mile. The kitchen had everything we needed, though honestly we didn't need much as we pretty much just had tea and toast before our daily adventures. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that it was a private bedroom, so we were able to close the door (this will make sense in a few sentences). The living area was spacious enough that you didn't feel like you were in the kitchen, while also being in the living area. Something that can be an issue with open spaces like this. The only things that took away from our experience were the extremely outdated exterior photos and where they tell you to look for the key-box. It's not as easy to find as they make it seem. We spent about 10 minutes walking around with our luggage, because the photos they send aren't as descriptive as you think.Be aware that the restaurant below and across the street can and will be very loud until about 11pm, but luckily, you can close the living area door and the bedroom door and that helps to make it a lot better, especially if you have some early morning tours you need to get up for!
