Casa Aneto A is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Casa Aneto A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Casa Aneto A is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared Jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Castagneto Carducci, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 3.5 km (roughly 2.1 miles). You will reach Casa Aneto A from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Aneto A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Casa Aneto A is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. In the occasion of private events, the swimming pool and the surrounding area may not be opened to guests.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7.5 meters (25 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, two gazebos and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
