With its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the village-style resort of Sunset Bay Club is one of the best loved destinations in the Canaries. Situated at Torviscas, on the outskirts of cosmopolitan Playa de las Americas, this attractive, informal destination has two huge swimming pools surrounded by graceful palm trees and verdant subtropical shrubs. A range of spacious and superbly equipped accommodations with large balconies ensure that you stay in complete comfort, and for those who enjoy the social life, a warm welcome is guaranteed in the resort's restaurant and bar.The apartments which are fully air conditioned and also have central heating, offer a family bathroom,equipped kitchen and spacious living area with flat screen TV and DVD.The on site Restaurant provides a diverse, interesting and international menu for you and your family to enjoy. To compliment the food there is an extensive range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available, as well as carefully selected wines to choose from. You will be welcomed as our guest and should you have specific dietary requirements, the team will aim to meet these wherever possible.Located just 500 metres from the beach and only 100 metres to the nearest shops.There is a small supermarket on site aswell.Sunset Bay Club is located in Adeje's Costa Adeje neighborhood, close to Bobo Beach, Los Cristianos Beach, and Puerto Colon. Nearby points of interest also include Torviscas Beach and Siam Water Park.

We have holidayed at Sunset Bay many times over the last 40 years and it never disappoints. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Standards of accommodation and grounds is excellent. We will be returning next November.

Great complex in a great location. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Sun loungers on the balcony were a nice touch. I would definitely return.

If I'm honest, it's not what we thought it was gonna be like. Don't get me wrong, in the face of things the complex looked amazing in the pictures but in reality was different. Our apartment front door literally opened to the entrance of 3bpubs. This meant as soon as we opened our door we were met by adults drinking and smoking and swearing. Not great for an 11 yr old to hear. Inside the apartment was great. Lots room and we'll kitted out full kitchen. Bathroom was good. Our balcony was huge but unfortunately due to level were on and location it was stret level and about some bars and restaurants. Wasn't private at all which meant we didn't use it at all. Pool was ok. A few missing tiles spoiled it and if course, towel wars. If you don't queue at 0800 for a bed at 0900 you have no chance. Was very annoying. We didn't use the in site bars as we chose to go and explore further a field. The sun inn was good, we ate their for lunch a few times. Staff at reception were excellent and helpful. Apartment was attended to twice in our 10 day stay. It was cleaned but the floorbstill seemed to make our feet very dirty. We paid quite a bit for the stay and if I'm honest we're not expecting the calibre of other guests. Nothing wrong with that but just people we would choose not to otherwise socialize with. Would we stay here again...no. Would we return to Adeje...most definitely.

Standards were higher than expected for a 3 star. Location was excellent and service was good. Only downside was the sunbed wars each morning. People queuing for a bed 1.5hrs before the pool opened at 9am. Sunbeds didn’t then become available until 4.30pm onwards.

Great stay

Great apartment, great location, this is a big apartment and had everything we needed. Big balcony and we really liked its location on the complex.I left my purse on the bed on our last day with all my credit cards, bank cards and cash in it, we left the apartment at 10am to checkout and didnt realised until 4pm as we headed to the airport that it was missing. My husband went to reception and my purse had been handed in. We are so greatful to the honest cleaner who handed it in for us. had been handed in with everything in it.nein

We were very happy with the apartment. It was spacious, very clean, well-equipped with everything we could need... fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs, tvs in living room and bedroom. Good cleaning service, a lovely balcony with sunbeds, chairs and dining table. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort is well-placed for everything in Adeje. Heated pool was popular and getting a sunbed in January wasn't a huge problem, although I can imagine it might be in the summer. Pool bar was friendly and affordable. My partner wanted me to particularly praise the apartment, as it was much better than she's previously experienced with self-catering accommodation.

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful complex. Only downfall was the amount of stairs had a great time though. I would definitely go back to this property

Sunset Bay Beach Club

Had a 2 weeks stay here, apartments are fantastic and the facilities within the complex as a whole are amazing. Lovely vibe and lovely ppl staying here. My only 2 gripes were the sunbed wars as there are no where near enough for the size of the complex and it you’re not in the queue by 8am you ain’t getting one, however hats off to the lifeguards they did remove towels after an hour if ppl didn’t use them, and the fact that you can’t play with a ball in the pool. This is how ppl meet and make friends and it seemed almost impossible for kids to let go and enjoy themselves in the pool area. Other than that this is a fantastic place and I would return but maybe adults only due to the ‘no play’ rule around the pool area

Really nice apartment

The apartment was really lovely . Recently refurbished to a high standard , well appointed and had a massive balcony area with two sunbeds and a brolly . My only criticism is the 83 steps we had to go up and down to get to and from it . It was right at the top of the resort in Block G . The pool was great and I’m glad they’ve stopped the pre-booking of sunbeds process on the resort .

Nice apartment shame about the sun bed shortages

Generally good and we got a 2 bed apartment, although only booked a one bed. Great sea views, lovely balcony and well equipped kitchen. Getting a sun bed was tricky, people queuing and hour if not before the gate opened for the pool. If you were lucky enough to get one they were comfy and many had umbrellas which was good. Pool side bar and snack place also good and good value.

Good Time as Usual

Been coming to Sunset Bay for over 20 years and everything is very clean and accessible. On point they should address is the length of time it takes to check-in, its very long with multiple signatures required etc. Perhaps this could be done online before we arrive? We were over 45 minutes waiting. Apartment was very clean and the staff friendly, will be back again

Another perfect stay in Sunset Bay

The apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. The air con was great. Lovely balcony with loungers overlooking the pool. Fantastic complex.

Lovely apartment, close to centre and beach

We had a lovely time at this apartment, it had everything we needed, was close to all amenities, entertainment and walking distance to the beach - the only thing that I found odd was having to book a slot to use the pool and loungers - am or pm - it put me off using it completely but luckily we had a lovely balcony in the sun all day long
