2 or more guest One of the best places in the Ozarks for your getaway. This beautiful 25 acre estate will have you returning again and again. Very clean, nice furnishings, and good comfortable beds. Located 1 mile from Eden Isle, 2 miles from Heber Springs Marina, 5 miles from Sandy Beach and 6 miles from downtown Heber Springs. We are close to everything but privately located for your vacation enjoyment. The view is spectacular and will keep you sitting on the porch for hours just taking it all in. Your rental will consist of 2 full adjoining living quarters. Multiple families will enjoy the privacy of having their own complete home yet the convenience of being together. Vacation together with friends or family, and still have your own privacy. Plenty of boat parking. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations. If you have additional guest in your group or if you just need a place for 2 or 3, check out our other listing on VRBO also titled TOPSIDE-Couples Paradise. No pets allowed and No Smoking Indoors! For an additional fee, we offer an evening meal for those days that you want to spend out adventuring and return home to a full course delicious dinner and not have to do all the work. Let us do the cooking.

This place is awesome! The views are beautiful! It’s everything you could ask for! The host is very responsive to any and all your needs. We would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking some R and R.

Excellent property and host

The view is gorgeous. The house is nice and spacious. There's a very nice patio with picnic table. The host was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. Will not hesitate to return if the property is available.

HOSPITALITY AND VIEW

Excellent communication from the beginning through the end. The host displayed dripping hospitality and it just made our visit that much better. Giving us information on where the locals. Go, is what made our visit and decision. to move the area that much more secure. The view was even better than the pictures and description! We plan to visit again before we officially move!!!

All you can ask for!

Amy was a great host and we’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, accommodating place with a gorgeous view! Weekend get-away

Enjoyed a short, one night stay with my family as we needed a break from the real world! With no wifi, my young adult kids were forced to put their phones down. Beautiful view from the patio. House is best suited for 4 people with only two bedrooms, but the pull out couch suffice.

New favorite getaway!

The view was absolutely amazing! I think I could have spent the entire trip just sitting out back. Amy was so very nice and hospitable! Our whole family had a great time, and we are already talking about planning another trip.

Fantastic place to stay!

We enjoyed the house and the land that overlooks Greer's Ferry! The owners are very nice and accommodating. It's close enough to the lake, harbors, cliff jumping, and shopping, yet far enough to enjoy the mountain sites of the area. We recommend this place to stay! We'll be back!

Amazing Stay

Someone was there to meet us, everything was really clean, beds were super comfortable, and the view was amazing! Just don't follow GPS directions, and don't turn down Old Farm/ Bendint Springs Road. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The hosts were very gracious and friendly. Every need was attended to. Surrounded by the beauty of nature. Loved being able to walk the property and country road. Would love to stay again. Great Lake view out front of property along with chairs on porch and picnic table.

Spectacular Views and hospitality

Amy was a great host! Very welcoming. We were having a fish fry and she dropped off aluminium pans and paper towels!! If you are looking for a place close to the lake without all the noise and traffic of being on the lake, this is the place for you! We will return

Mark and Amy are long time residents of Heber Springs. We spend most of our time outdoors. We enjoy the lake, cooking outdoors, time with friends and family, tending to the farm and traveling, all while maintaining our vacation facilities for your enjoyment. You will most likely meet us at some point during your stay at our property. We want to make sure you are happy and have everything that you need.

You will not regret your choice to stay at Topside - the homes are all very clean, well decorated, supplied and furnished. We will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The view alone is enough to make you want to take up homestead. There is plenty of fun to be had in the area of Heber Springs but once you arrive, chances are, the back porch is where we will find you for the majority of your visit. We purchased this property in March of 2016 and spent the rest of the year renovating, landscaping, and hosting many friends and family to give our vacation rental a few trial runs.
