* Saturday to Saturday 7 day rentals during peak season. Spacious villa in a quiet yet convenient location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, music venues, movie theater, putt putt, etc. There are 2 king master suites and 2 queen bedrooms. Maximum of 8 guests per the HOA rules.

The upstairs master suite opens to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon/pond and golf course. Downstairs master suite opens to the patio and has the same great view as the upper master suite. The queen bedroom on the lower level has a sliding door to the front patio. There is a hall bath with shower just outside this room. On the upper level is the second queen bedroom across the hall from the upper master suite. All bedrooms are separated which allows for more privacy.

Enjoy gathering in the large great room which features comfortable seating including a large leather sectional, ergonomic swivel leather recliner with ottoman and additional chair with ottoman.

The great room opens to a large paver patio with seating for 8. This is an ideal spot for your morning coffee or to wind down after your activities as it overlooks a gorgeous pond and golf course view. Binoculars are provided in the villa to watch the wildlife native to Hilton Head Island.

If you prefer to dine in some nights, the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for meal preparation. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio and grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and has sturdy chairs with backs (great for the older members in your group) and also offers the ideal place to play cards or board games.
* There is an abundance of books, classic board games (Scrabble, Monopoly, Chess,
Checkers, Backgammon, Risk, Trivial Pursuit), playing cards, and jigsaw puzzles are provided.

The sparkling pool and 2 clay tennis courts are steps from the villa. There are some tennis racquets and balls in the villa as well as some hand weights and a yoga mat.

Shipyard has it's own beach with bathrooms, outdoor showers and parking. If the main lot is full there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the overflow lot.

Nearby is the new Low Country Celebration Park https://www.hiltonheadislandsc.gov/parks/LowcountryCelebration/ with free parking. Coligny Plaza, grocery stores, pharmacies, various restaurants and music venues are all a short drive or easy bike ride away.

This is an ideal villa for family vacations, golf or tennis groups. Previous guests have loved the spaciousness, comfortable beds, seating and the beautiful setting which provides fantastic nature watching. There is no through traffic and this is a low density community with just 24 villas and no one above or below you. The HOA does not allow pets for short term rentals. No smoking on the premises. There is a Ring camera for security purposes on the front. Keyless entry on the front door.

You are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher and washer tablets, etc.
* Fishing is not allowed in Shipyard lagoons/ponds.
* Two car passes are provided with the booking. In some cases a third one will be allowed but this must be discussed ahead of time.
