The carriage arrived in Cadgwith in the early 1920s and used to form part of the main property until it was rebuilt, and the carriage moved to its own plot under a large cedar tree in 2008. Only a short stroll to Cadgwith, the Coach House (also offering a larger carriage and 2 cottages) is a traditional fishing cove where the fisherman still haul their catch daily, mainly lobster and crab, served in the local traditional pub and Cellars cafe. There is also a beautiful small swimming beach, great pub, (folk music Tuesdays and traditional shanty singing on Fridays!) crabshops, gift shops and the most amazing beaches including Kynance Cove all within a 3 mile radius.
