We appreciate your stay. We investigated the "knocking sound" and found nothing - and this was never pointed out to us during your stay. We take cleaning seriously and we'll improve based on your suggestions. One of your members told us you left early for other reasons not related to the house. On Thanksgiving day the AT&T box upstairs went out during your stay. However, we ensured you were able to watch the New Orleans football game the following day on both TVs. The replacement box from AT&T arrived Saturday morning. You mentioned the houses being attached. There is no access between both houses. You had exclusive access to the house described in the write up. Again, we appreciate your comments and plan to address all issues within our control.

Thank you for staying. We wish you gave more clue to what "better decorated" meant. You got a 2400 sqft, 3bed 2.5 bath home with pool for your exclusive use for 3 nights. No cable, none promised either. You got free wi-fi during your stay.

We received our best review ever two days prior to the arrival of this guest. However, we take all comments and review them critically and make changes to improve out property. We also must categorically state our description and pictures do not portray two (2) TVs and cable/satellite programming.
