New 5 bed 3 bath luxury home right in North Conway Village. Walk right in to town and enjoy restaurants and shopping or 1 mile from Cranmore Mountain, Saco River and Shopping Outlets. Everything was recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. There's 6 Person hot tub in back yard to enjoy all season after a long day on the mountain. Game room in the basement with board games, video games and a full size ping pong table.

House was exactly what we needed for a great multi-family ski vacation. Home was very well stocked, its in a great location near everything, and the hot tub is fantastic.

Everything was great, 3rd year in a row our group has stayed here. Plenty of room for everyone, everything you need to cook with, private hot tub. Great ski location. If there is an issue the host takes care of it immediately, like snow plowing. Next year will be year 4.

Great Weekend Stay!

We loved staying at this house (family trip with kids). The hot tub was a nice touch, and the house was well kept and clean. We hope to be back again in the future.

Good Location and comfortable home

Had a great time! Nice to have hot tub, puzzles, movies, pool table, etc to keep everyone busy when we were at the house.

Family Ski trip

We stayed at Neal’s with another family for a week of skiing. The house is just as advertised and the location provides great access to everything in North Conway. The house was a perfect size for the 5 kids to have their own spaces and they having the basement area allowed for separation from the adults. We would go back again in the future

House was great, pictures don't do the house justice. Clean, very modern updated home, with all the essentials guests would need. The host Neal was very easy to contact and quickly addressed our needs. Snowed during our stay, contacted Neal and house was immediately plowed out and sanded. Everyone in our group (9) loved the place. Would definitely stay here again.

very pleased and would recommend!

This house was perfect for our family stay. It met all of our needs. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. There were a few items that needed attention,(as would be expected from a home with multiple families using it) but nothing that affected our stay. Unfortunately, the pool table was unusable because all the tips were broken on the cue sticks. We did let the owner know which the previous renters may not have done. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

Nice Long Weekend

The location is close to town but there is a busy road very nearby so there was some traffic noise. As stated in a previous review, the pots, pans and baking sheets need to be replaced. We made do but they are in very poor condition. The ping pong table sags in the middle on one side so it's not really usable. The dishwasher isn't secured to the counter so it pulls out when it's being loaded and unloaded. I told Neal about this. The sectional sofa needs updating. Some of the springs are broken and this makes it difficult for several people to sit together at one time. The hot tub was great! Overall, we had a nice time but the above mentioned items need attention.

The house was in a wonderful spot that was easy to get to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing! It was immaculately clean and had many towels, blankets, pot and pans, dinnerware, trash bags, toilet paper etc. it was recently refurbished top to bottom. Lots of room for people to gather, eat and enjoy each others company. We enjoyed a girls weekend here! I highly recommend this home in North Conway!

Be sure to have enough toilet tissue, we ran out. The pans need either a serious scrubbing, which we did our best before using, or, purchase new ones. Also, the grill needs serious attention, plus there was no propane, the previous party had left gas on and there was none left. We were offered reimbursement if we wanted to get it filled. The entry codes need to be corrected also, we did get locked out and the codes did not work, the owner did properly send me correct codes. All in all, we did have a great week.

Great house, great location

We rented for 7 people. We had more than enough space and the house was great! Its location is perfect for skiing and other winter activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to North Conway

The house was very convenient to North Conway and all it has to offer. Pictures of the property did not show how close other properties were to this one, but it was okay as this is typical for the area and the neighbors were quiet. Neal was very responsive to our questions. Great stay!

Our stay at this renovated house was the foundation of our 4 day NH trip. The overall quality was OK, but quite less than fantastic: 1. The hot water supply had constant issues -- at the beginning of every evening, after we came back from a busy day, we were troubled with the hot water. Hot water only last for a shower, and then people needed to wait. Near the later part of the night the water seemed hotter and can support 2-3 showers. The manager/owner tried to hire some plumbers to stop by, but I guess it was a busy season..., so no luck. Hope the next guests can enjoy better showers. 2. There are many ants around the house, on the floor, on the walls, in bed rooms, in bath rooms, etc. 3. The wifi was not on when we arrived and we had to figure out how to get it started. 4. The neighborhood was a bit noisy in the morning and sometimes during midnight so it was hard for us to sleep in.

Neal was a great host, very quick to respond when needed! House is cute and beds were comfortable which is always a plus! Hot tub was a bonus! Great location, super close to everything you need between food, shopping and activities!

Great location for a large group. Very close to skiing, outlets and downtown Conway.

Enjoyed a 3 day weekend with family and friends. Owner was available and answered questions quickly. Great location and well equipped house. We cooked dinners in the large kitchen that everything needed to make a meal and spacious enough for our group of 11.

Good Local Fun

Property is well depicted on the VRBO listing. Location is excellent - right across from Muddy Moose Restaurant. We skied Attitash - 15 mins away - easy commute. Hot Tub was great. All appliances were great.

Outstanding Experience

The property was very comfortable, and it is near many of the places we found to visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience there. It was an outstanding vacation. There were minor issues with the kitchen that the owner corrected immediately (good management!). One thing that would be beneficial for future guests is to add access to local TV channels that could have been helpful to find more about the area, but it helped that the weather was great!
