Cottage for 8 people in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees

Can Cisquet, is a rural house located in Santa María de Besora, a small mountain town that is located in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees (central Catalonia. Between the regions of Osona and El Ripollès). It is an essentially rural municipality with forests of oaks, pines and beech trees.
Built in the seventeenth century, the house was restored 15 years ago. It retains all the charm of the past, and the comforts of the present.

-Capacity for 7, 8 or 9 people (3 rooms: two doubles and one of four people). If there are 9 people we have an extra bed. And we also have two cots.
-The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine), dining-living room, bathroom with shower and a storage room. The first floor consists of the living room and three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom.
Outside, the house has a garden of 1200 m2 with a swimming pool and a porch. The pool is covered with a retractable roof to extend the pool season.
The pool is shared with another rural house that we manage (Cal Nan).

SERVICES:
-Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
-Central heating (town gas) / Wood stove / Hot water.
-Washing machine.
-The rooms have sheets, blankets and bath towels (does not include shower and pool towels).
-Availability of 2 cots (for children up to 3 years old).
-TV in the dining room.
-Wifi
-Garden and porch with barbecue.
-Fitted swimming pool with solarium terrace. Indoor pool with retractable roof, this causes the water temperature to increase by about 8 degrees.
